I had initially purchased this for me and another for my mom. I am taller and bigger than my mom. So I had her try them both and she like this one better. She felt it hugged her more closely. She kept complaining of backache and the doctor said the get a lumbar pillow. Well, she has not complained since she began using this. She says it’s comfortable and her back feels much better. It did smell when we opened it and we had to wash the coverings and all was fine after. It filled out nicely after two days and now it’s become her stable. So happy I was able to find this for her.

We purchased my son a new bedroom set and he asked for a reading pillow to go with his bedroom set. I saw this one and it matches perfectly. It arrived very fast. It was vacuumed wrapped, so once we opened it you needed to fluff it up. It took just a few minutes to fluff up and it is so comfy. He loves it. It is very nice quality and a great price. I love the extra pillows that come with it- super nice

Blanket and back rest are a very soft material. The shredded memory foam design doesn’t hold shape well or offer much support. Both blanket and back rest are quite small. Doesn’t work well for an adult, but works great for kids. My son loves it. I’d purchase again for kiddos.

This pillow is smaller than advertised. I am hoping it fluffs up a bit, but one of the product photos shows a grown man sitting against this chair, and the chair is about to swallow him whole. He must have been about 5'0" because I am 6'0" and this thing is WAY smaller than I had hoped.That being said, it is mighty comfortable. I am a Disabled Veteran whom had major back surgery last year, so I have issues sitting up in bed or sitting up straight at all. This chair (although not as big as I had hoped) is comfortable even with a bunch of screws and bone graft making up my lower spine.

The extra rectangular cushion is useless - so totally squishy it offer nothing. BUT the rest just helps that extra comfort level for when you want to sit up in bed and relax with a book or magazine as you unwind before sleep. The little pockets in the arms don't seem to do much either. I've put my glasses in there and found them under me during the night. Yes, I use this for sleeping. Tend to build up fluid in my lungs and sinuses when I lay down, this helps me sleep comfortably propped up. Gravity rules and yes, I slide down, but just a quick boost back up and quickly nod back off. and yes, pillows can be used to make this more of a slant than straight up and down; but that's how I like it.

I had to return it. I feel bad but there’s no way I could get comfortable with this item.i have lower lumbar and issues with my cervical and thoratic back as well ,so unless you have a pretty healthy spine I think it would be comfortable. It was very soft and II wish I could have used it

I used this product with a sitting desk also purchased from Amazon and it was good for propping myself up and working at home. It is not the softest pillow which was perfect to prevent me from falling asleep.

This was one of the worst products I have bought on Amazon. When I had taken it out of the box and it expanded, it did do unevenly with odd lumps everywhere. The shape was also odd and it seemed over-filled. Within a month, the outer grey cover got torn. And within a week after that, the inner thin white cloth tore open and out poured small pieces of foams which seemed to have been collected from trash or recycle. It also had small hard pieces of plastic and rubber mixed in. I called the number for refund / replacement. But nobody responded. I threw away the remaining foam and clothes. It doesn’t help your back, doesn’t support, wasn’t comfortable and customer support was abysmal. I had written it off and forgotten all about till I reviewed my yearly Amazon orders and still felt pushed of after being ripped off that I am writing this review almost a year after my purchase!
