Levi's Men's 501 Original Fit Jeans

always wear 501s, wanted something more form fitting and these were perfect

I own several pairs of these. As a person with a slim figure but larger legs, they fit me perfectly. I find that they tend to run a little long, so what I do is wash them and dry them soon after purchase to shrink them down a little. Other than the length, they are just about perfect, even when it comes to durability.I also recommend the Levis 514 Motion Jeans as they fit roughly the same but have an elastic waistband.

Granted, I just received these but they fit nicely, perhaps a shade slimmer than expected in the legs, but definately not a 'skinny' jean. Feel nice and sturdy, the fabric is ok against the skin. Nice coloring, though they do come prewrinkled behind the knee, but for me not a problem. They are perhaps a little smaller in the waist than expected, but still have room to shrink a touch.

I have been buying Levi 501 shrink to fit blue jeans my whole life. These are not the same as I have ever remembered. They have evlolved through the years, but these are completely different than any I have ever had before, by far. They shrank 25% and wrinkled so much more I can't even describe it here. I treated them the same as I have always treated them and they are not the same to the point were i will never buy them again. Why take somthing so consistent and just ruin the whole program . . . I don't get it - even the old excuse for everything these days: "gotta make profit" doesn't work here . . . . because this company will NEVER get any of my money again.I left this review so I could apologize to Levi. I made the wrong choice when i purchased the jeans and my original review was obviously mistaken. I do think that the information about the differences in the many types of jeans could be more explicit and as a customer I certainly could have scanned the differences better. The only real visible difference between the type of jean I intended to purchase and the one I bought was the gold stitching and copper rivets. Buyer beware . . . look real close before pushing that accept purchase button.

Levi makes quality products, and these are no exception. These are not a denim fabric exactly, but much softer. The weave of the fabric makes it appear to be similar from denim, although I cannot say whether or not it is as rugged as denim.If you know your dimensions, you can't go wrong ordering waist and inseam length pants. They fit perfectly.

I absolutely love these jeans! Love the color and feel of them. I don't ever buy jeans, especially Levi jeans unless they are in sale because I think $68.00 for one pair of jeans is ridiculous but I got these got $40.00 and they are definitely worth it. You won't hear the look, feel, and quality for that price.

I was looking for a lighter weight denim for the summer months and these are perfect. I have a few pairs or the 550’s but after trying the 559’s, I am sold.

This pair of Levis were made of the thinnest material I've ever purchased. They remind me of the jeans that Target carries. Next time I'll shop at a store where I can feel the quality before I buy.
