it seems to work okay however the torque doesn't seem to be as strong as it should be even for its size. Also when you use it it has kind of a loose sound inside of it like it makes a noise and that's without even the ratchet hammering part working with just a regular drill part it sounds like there's something loose inside of it the whole time you use it. Other than that it works good enough for small projects but I wouldn't use it for any type of business project

I just used it for non stop abuse for 2 hours battery still has energy in it

I bought this drill just to have around the house for small projects every now and then . And it works perfectly for that. I don't know how it would perform for tougher jobs. So if you need this for daily use or for work. I'd probably get something else just to be safe
