Very bent and misshapen

Arrived in a bag, not a box. Consequently they were all bent and misshapen. The thin metal tore in places when I tried to reshape. Love the colors though. If only they had been shipped in a box...

Beautiful pots, excellent customer service

One of the pots arrived damaged because of poor packaging, but when I reached out to customer service about the issue they responded the SAME DAY saying they had issued a full refund. I was very impressed with the customer service! Pots themselves are actually fairly sturdy despite being damaged when they arrived. Colors are vibrant and beautiful. Love them hanging on my balcony trellis with plants.
