Maze Exclusive IPX5 Waterproof Bluetooth Headset, Red

I bought this thinking it would be like a previous pair from the same company. The ear phone broke before I even got to use it. Requested a refund from the company and never hear back.

This is like my third pair of these. I enjoy using the hands free earphones and I am able to keep them on in the shower at the gym. I like the upgrade on the ear piece for this one. The older style had earpieces that came off so I would lose them and they were hard to replace. I did notice that they don't seem to get very loud and do not block all of the outside noises. They are also somewhat larger than the older ones and doesn't fit as well.

I bought this in blue from Woot. The sound is fine, but you can hear a thud if you wear them while running. And while they work as headphones, they do not work for answering a phone. The mic obviously does not work as I can hear when people talk to me, but they cannot hear me. What is worse is that I cannot get a response from the company. I have tried contacting them 4 times without getting a single response.
