I bought this tape for a night orienteering course that I was setting up for our youth group (rather than hammering reflectors into trees). Having read some reviews on the lack of adhesion, I was worried it wouldn't be sticky enough so I ran a test. I applied a couple of strips of the tape to a PVC pipe and, because it would be outside in the rainy weather, I submerged it in a bucket of water. After 2 days in the water, the tape was still well adhered and didn't show any sign of peeling. I was very pleased. For the courses, I was using PVC pipe staked into the ground. The taped poles have been outside for about a week in periodic rain and have had no issues with peeling.I also thought the reflectivity was good. Using just headlamps and a bearing, we were able to catch the reflection on the pole and navigate to the waypoint. The color of the tape doesn't really show up in the reflection, it just looks bright white/yellow but as you get closer, you can see the color. Kind of like a cat eye reflection. We've had several groups run the course in the dark and we haven't lost anybody yet ;).One other note: for whatever reason, the backer material was stuck a lot more to the orange color so separating the layers was difficult, and a couple times, resulted in peeling the color off the adhesive, but we figured that out quick and it didn't cause any issues. All other colors (except white, we didn't use white) applied easily.Overall, no complaints from me. Worked exactly as I was hoping it would. Don't know if there are quality control issues that result in some of the bad reviews and I just got a good batch, but either way, I'm happy.

I cut lengths of this reflective tape in different colors and wrapped it around my two tall driveway markers (I live out in the country, very close to the Lake Erie snow belt, so I get some deep snow and do not want to drive into the ditch). I also use the markers so I know where to do my snow-clearing when we get a good snowfall. The very ends of the reflective tape curled back away from the layer below; I was disappointed, but it seems to be remaining in place after several years, so I am satisfied.

Doesn't reflect much. Dull

I bought this set to differentiate between my dog's chargeable gps collars. The tape is thicker than I realized it would be, so it was not a perfect solution. This is not too surprising. I am sure that marking dog collars was probably not what the manufacturer had in mind for this product. I have since used several pieces to mark items throughout our farm for higher visibility in the dark! The reflectiveness and durability of the tape has been on point for these tasks so far. I feel like some of the lighter colors reflect better than the darker tape colors.

I received this order promptly and in excellent condition.The adhesive backing is good, but some of the reflective material is not bonded well to the backing. So far the red, white and yellow are holding up very well after a few months, but the blue reflective material is slowly peeling away from the adhesive backing. I hope the manufacturer fixes this problem before I need more.This tape is highly reflective and lights up very brightly from very little distant light. The reflectivity far exceeded my expectations.It may be a while before I buy more, because the rolls are pretty good size. Even with replacing them every few months, it'll be a few years before I need more.Overall, not bad for the money, but not great either. When I need more, I'll probably buy it here.

I give sections of each color to my health classes when we study bike and street safety. The kids like the color variety and put them on their backpacks and bikes. I like the safety to the kids in the visibility they give.

This sticker tape doesn’t stick to metal. It’s not even that sticky and there’s gaps between the tape and paper. Also the roll is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. Only good thing about it is that it is pretty and visible and there are 6 rolls. just wish it would stay on.

Works as advertised, shine a light on it and you're blasted with color.I'm impressed by the adhesive backing. I used soap and then some alcohol to prep my garage door for an 8 foot strip and so far it's lasted nearly 2 years with no signs of peeling or degradation to the color.
