I've been using the powder for years. The powder clumps and is hard to mix in, not to mention it tastes disgusting. Great stuff! Took Wallach's advice 3 years too late. I put up with a torn tricep after an injury and it didn't heal. We love this. I have my whole family take it. My seven year old is struggling to get her new teeth in after she lost her baby teeth and this was really helping it out. I noticed it made the enamel on my teeth stronger as well. It also helped me with painful leg cramps during my menstrual cycle :) I would definitely recommend this product

I started taking this 20 years ago to help manage my blood pressure and I have not had to take medication for that.My mother-in-law taught me to add it to "milk" with a little chocolate to make it taste better. I use flax, macadamia, or any kind of nut milk with it and a little Ovaltine. The taste is still less than yummy but I drink it in a very small cup and within two or three "shots" it's gone! Do yourself a favor and start now!
