Good buggy, poor customer service
The buggy is perfect to use and even though our baby is still only six days old, he's managed to sleep in two car journeys in the car seat, the whole way. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that one of the tyres had a puncture which we found out when we assembled the buggy. It was too much hassle to return it, so I emailed kinderkraft through the address supplied with the warranty information. It is now at least six weeks since I emailed them and I've not even had a reply, so I'm guessing the warranty will actually be worthless if we need to use it. Ended up just repairing the inner tube myself
