The camera itself is just okay. It has only been clear enough to make out license plates in daylight and within about 5-10 feet away, and the night time video is pretty much unusable. The bigger problem is that the suction mount has completely failed. The clasp that holds the camera stopped snapping it into place, but that was easy to fix by taping it on (annoying if you need to move it/take it down). But now, the suction cup for the glass is completely non-working, so the camera is effectively worthless.

Somehow the camera lens is shattered. Don't know how that could've happened since it's been sitting on my dashboard this whole time. It also doesn't hold a charge for long and I'm often forced to choose between charging it or my phone.

The dashcam buttons do not work anymore, after a few months of use. I cannot use the menu options, view the recording, or change the date on the cam. Can I get a refund?

This camera is just the right size for me. It is only 3" by (almost) 2". It is very light and easy to use. You need to be sure that the SD card (not included) is formatted by this device. The camera software creates its own folders on the SD card. I used a 16 gb SD card and didn't have a problem.It is a simple camera that gives good enough quality video for me. I need it for accident protection especially driving through roads that are surrounded by woods (deer just jump in front of you), it is helpful to have video especially at night.My only issue is that the battery doesn't last very long. Yes, you can actually record while charging (which is very helpful) but can be annoying for some. It comes with a car charger and a USB cord. I like the simplicity of it, good for me and my needs.Product provided for reviewing purposes.

I think everyone Gould have a dash camera. These days with people on tgrrr phones or driving like idiots, it's always good to have proof to back your story in the case of an accident. This camera takes great video, it dosnt freeze up. The camera also has some neat features like how it starts recording when it expiernces a shock while parked.

 The idea of the dash cam is very common and popular in other countries but not in the U.S. But in many incidents (not particular incidents that happened to me) I do see the dash cam can be very useful and can be the evidence to protect myself. We purchased a dash cam a while back and really like it. Therefore we want to purchase another one, but the price of the last one we got was little high, so we wanted one that is good and not too much money. We found this PowerLead P908C that has a reasonable price and pretty good review, so we decided to give it a try. The dash cam is smaller than I thought, maybe just the pictures on page that make my think that it’s a bigger dash cam. But the quality is quite good, image is clear in both day and night. The buttons for settings are on the bottom side of the dash cam, which is very space-efficient so it doesn’t have to share the space of the screen. Settings for the dash cam is pretty strange forward, no difficulties there. We haven’t had the chance to explore around all the functions/settings it has, but for the basic function of recording, it does a very good job.

Good camera for the money. I use it in my work truck. You have to supply the micro memory card but those are pretty cheap.
