Subaru Genuine 65550SC000JC Luggage Compartment Cover

I only gave it 4 stars as I've only had it a short while and haven't used it much. It was easy to install. The engineering behind it--the design, construction and materials--appear to be very good. I would say it was a good value for the price.

It works like it is supposed to. It was a bit of a pain in the butt to install but now its great. So far haven't had any problems with this product.

Just purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester that did not come with a luggage compartment cover. When I priced the cover at the Subaru dealership, it was considerably more expensive than Amazon , so, I ordered one. The cover arrived in 2 days in Subaru packaging. After opening the package I noticed that it is the same cover that the dealership was selling. I installed the cover in about a minute. Just pop off the covers where the luggage compartment fits into and drop in the cover and you are done. Great product for a fair price. The only negative is with Subaru, as the cover should have come with the car.

I am very happy with this luggage compartment cover.. I bought a Subaru Forester, and I really like the vehicle.. but the only thing I was not happy with is if I had purchased something in a store, and put it in the back, then decided to go to another store, or restaurant I would worry about the things in the back of my vehicle... Purchasing this blocks everything in the back of my vehicle, so I don't need to worry so much...The product works great, and is easy to remove if necessary.. I also saved over 30% by buying it through Amazon.

Came with a tear in the material, otherwise it seems to fit ok.

I recently purchased this for my 2013 Subaru Forester. Installation took was quick and easy, all you have to do is remove the plastic caps in the back of your Subaru and it easily snaps in place. It covers the back well and looks nice with the car. It also appears to be well made. Very happy with this purchase!Based on other comments it appears this works for 2010 - 2014 Models. It's possible it could work for 2008-2009 but this should be double checked before you purchase this cover. It will not work for the 2015 model or anything 2007 or before.

One buyer indicated that he/she resisted purchase for a long time and bought one and was not disappointed. Me too. For three years, I thought I would just get a wooden dowel and some fabric and in a few minutes I would have my cover for less than $5.......and it would look bad and function poorly. This Subaru cover is the greatest - it looks awesome and functions well and I am so glad I bought it.

It fits my 2012 Forester just fine and it is a genuine Subaru item. If your Forester didn't originally have this accessory you will most likely have to pop out the covers where the cross bar is installed. The front skirt is a friction fit between the wheel wells. Just line up the arrows on the rod with the arrows on the car. It is spring loaded similar to a shower rod.

Received it today and it fits perfectly. It was in a Subaru Parts box and had the updated part number from Subaru (65550SC002JC). The fabric and overall fit is much better then the one that I had purchased from an Ontario dealer about 1.5 years ago. That one broke a year later cost me 35$ CDN more then this one. What has kept me from purchasing another was the current price from dealer at 325$ plus HST. I saved over 125$ purchasing this one. NOTE: The picture in the description is wrong for the picture show the 3rd generation Forester. This part fits the 2009-2013 2nd generation Forester.

This fit my 2010 Subaru Forester perfectly. It is an official Subaru product and cost me $30 less than buying it straight from the dealer (how does that make any sense??). Thanks Amazon for being so awesome.
