TROPICAL FISH LIQUID SOLAR BLANKET - Liquid Heat - Solar Pool Cover in a Bottle -Reduce Evaporation, Conserve Heat- 1L(33.8oz)

We have been losing about 1/8 of an inch of water per day from our pool before trying the Tropical Fish Liquid Solar Blanket. The temperature also improved by at least 3° in the first week or two. And we have stopped losing such a large amount of water every week! I had tried using an actual solar cover. And it reeked havoc on our pool. It did not allow the skimmer to work properly and it was a pain to remove every few days to actually clean up the pool by hand and let the skimmer run. This product does the job very well and also helps with evaporation. In addition, I haven’t had to add water to the pool in over a month since I started using this. And it does not affect the cleanliness or increase the amount of labor required that a solar cover causes. I highly recommend this product!

Seemed to work fine. I think this is the same company that makes or made the little fish that has the liquid solar cover inside of it. You clip the fin and toss it into the pool and it slowly releases the product as needed. I really like those and was looking for a few of them when I came across this product. I use liquid solar cover along with a solar cover and a few homemade solar rings. Seemed to keep the temp ok and no significant water loss from evaporation.

Just hard to call this one! I’ve used similar products to this and it’s hard to say that a product works, that is one you can’t really tell that it works especially here in Georgia where it is just about as hot as Florida during peak summer months. I applied the product as directed , maybe a little more and I think it raised and or helped maintain a stable warmer temperature and it seemed there wasn’t as much evaporation either.. so it seems!! Yea the pool people swear by it, but I will have to study it better next season

This stuff seems to work ok. I really haven't used it that much, but the 2 times I have used it, it seems to keep the water from evaporating somewhat. Maybe I'm not using enough of it. It does help to keep the heat in a little too, even though we do have pool solar.

This product definitely works. It replaced our bubble cover it makes keeping your pool warmer and reducing evaporation so easy. I applied it on a cool morning when our pool was steaming off and you could watch the steaming go away instantly that proved to me that it reduced the evaporation immediately.

I was skeptical of this product but after watching some Youtube videos and google searches, I figured I would give it a shot. We have an above ground intext pool 16x8 (I believe). I followed the directions and added the recommended amount and checked the pool each day for a week. Our weather was approximately 80-90 degrees that week with lows of 70 degrees at night. The pool was freezing. So I added more thinking maybe I didnt use enough, still pool was freezing. The kids didnt even want to be in it. I put the cover back on in the morning of one day and the kids swam in the pool that afternoon and the temp was just right. So I'm going to have to say liquid solar blanlets do not work, at least not for us.

I did some research on how to keep my pool warm and read several reviews about these on different websites. I decided to try them and they help keep my pool warm. They will not heat your pool but if you have warm water this helps keep the heat in. I use this but also keep my solar cover on when not in use.

I think this is a good product as the heater was using less propane. I keep using it and bought a second bottle. The caveat of course is that the weather has been warmer since I started to use it.

l was so hopeful with this product... but alas it did not work ... l don't mind going in the pool at 70F but my husband and son find it to cold ... they wanted me to get a solar heater but thought l would give this a try ... should have saved my money and bought the solar heater... oh well
