I would recommend using it where you can see first to see how it works (Like on arm hair) then, when you master it, it is great for travel due to one less plug and battery to worry about. The extra nail clipper was a neat addition, I still wont give up my bigger nail clipper in my suitcase but this is great for a travel bag to tidy up a break or rough nail.I'd buy this again and recommend it to people.

I bought this version because my first version was battery operated, and only lasted about a year. I wanted something that was going to be reliable when I needed it, this worked great but now for some reason there is a little set screw that you unscrew to pull apart and clean and I cannot get it apart, I guess it rusted ,although I don't see any rust. And now that I can't clean it, it's getting to the point where it won't work.

Nail clippers were quite smaller than expected. It takes extra effort to use them, although folding it and storing it is quite easy.
