Yes, this will be one continuous roll of 20ft from Impact Products.

Q: 3m company sm600l product datasheet dose not state sm600l has thermal insulation property. but seller does. why?

Q: Do i need thinsulate if duratherm already has foam/foil insulation?

Probably not. I went with Nocio for sound dampening, and thinsulate for insulation. I believe the duratherm is designed to do the same. Just a different way to do the same thing.
