Funny concept, but not professionally done. Many misspellings, and I bet the binding won't hold up too long. will I ever learn??

The book is cute. Some fill in the blanks may provoke cheeky/rude comments that might be unfit for future guests to read. I may have to censor the book each time I return to my rental unit. I reduced the number of stars because there isn't a date on each guest entry, which I want to have. This seems strange to me since that is an important part of a guest comment, in my opinion.

Super cute but turned out to be to "gimmicky" for my guests to use. I previously had printed out a simple " name, city, comment" sheet and had 100% responses. I bought this for both of my short term rentals and had to make up several fake responses to get anyone to use it. About 30% of guests use it. Super cute idea - just not appealing to guests. :(

It was a fun way to have everyone join in! But some of the pages has some weird lines but for the most part pretty funny

It's a fun, cute book that I gave as a HouseWarming gift, along with some wine. Just not enough 'stories'; same ones were repeated too often through-out the book. Thanks !

I like the idea of this, but it would be better if it were hardcover. I got this as a gift for friends who just moved into a new house.

got it as a house warming gift for our friends but we liked it so much that we got one for us too. A fun activity for our visitors and a great memory for us

This Mad-Lib style guest book was absolutely a big hit with a team member for their birthday, each day has a different fill in the blank and a unique way to remember how your guests visited your home. As she had just purchased a home, this was the perfect little gift for their new family residence!

While the book seems to be of good quality, I was very disappointed to find spelling mistakes on a few pages. Very careless of the makers. :(
