Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Worst product!! We didn’t install them for about 6 months after we purchased due to a remodel issue.. they have been nothing but issues!! Constantly loose, was sent two Hot knobs instead of a C/H... we also purchased the matching shower knobs... Same issue. We have to keep a screw driver in the bathroom to constantly tighten all 4 knobs!!

Looks OK but quality is very poor.
Needed a lavatory sink faucet right away in a Matte Bronze/ Black finish with Hot/Cold porcelain handles- which are hard to find in the big box stores. Needed a facuet ASAP for an emergency and rec'd it from AMAZON right away, as always. However, tho it looks good (for now) the quality is very poor.FIRST, I found a chip in one of the porcelain handles right away ( photos 1 & 2) but as I had a scheduled & paid for plumber's appointment, I decided to live with it.SECOND, when installed I found that the Hot faucet;s position did not match up in direction with the Cold Faucet, which lays correctly in a "cross" position (photo 3).THIRDLY, I now have a small/slow drip coming from the faucet onto the pop up drain piece in my sink. I'm afraid with the hard water here in AZ, it will eventually discolor this drain piece. So there you go-3 defects! Not happy.Yes I know- "you get what you pay for" but it's distressing to know what the state of quality & quality control exists these days. Will live with this faucet till it needs to be replaced- probably sooner than later, I assume.Learned my lesson. L B Reich

Loud, fell apart quickly and one with a crooked spout
I guess you get what you pay for. I purchased two. The spout on one of them is crooked. I didn't realize it until after it was installed and noticed the water wasn't hitting in the middle of the sink. Then I clearly saw the spout was crooked. The other one did not have this issue. The other thing I do not like is that they are somewhat loud. When water is coming out full blast there is a high pitched noise on the cold water side. The hot water side vibrates. I checked house pressure and it's normal at 65. I closed the valves under the sink slightly to reduce pressure and eliminated the vibration on the hot side and reduced noise on the cold side. They do look very nice so I kept it at three stars. Hoping they don't fall apart after a few years.Update: Had to reduce to 1 star. One on, after six weeks the lower portion that turns the water on and off become loose, then the handle fell off. Seemed like lack of adhesive. I had to epoxy the nut back into the handle. Probably the worst faucets I've ever purchased.

Fell apart within 3 months of use.
We purchased the bronze faucet in August for a renovation but did not install until December. By February the hot water seal went out and is unable to be repaired. Then today the finish on the knob for the drain stopper started to flake away. I'm going to have to replace but I will not be buying this brand again, which sucks because I really liked the look of it.

What's That Whistle?
I really like this faucet except for one tiny thing - the aerator emits an ear-piercing high pitched whistle. I've never heard anything like it from a faucet before. I bought two of these faucets, and they both do it. If you remove the aerator, the sound goes away. And if you only turn the water on low it doesn't do it. Very disappointing, because in every other way this faucet is great.Update; 8/11/2021: The stem of the drain stopper pull has rusted quite severely (see photo). Why would you make any part of a faucet out of material that rusts so quickly? Even though this part is usually hidden, it is unacceptable. The rest of the faucet is still in great condition - it looks great and works great. But this rusted bit is not ok. Very disappointed.

Hard to find, Great price
I purchased two of these faucets for a bathroom remodel and was not disappointed. They have a good quality finish and work smoothly. The installation is pretty much straight forward so if you've ever mounted a faucet before it shouldn't be a problem. Just a couple things to note though, this faucet just like all the rest comes packed in a preservative Grease so you'll have to run hot water through them to remove the metal taste. And secondly this faucet does not come with a rubber see between it and the sink, so you'll probably have to use a little bit of silicon to seat the faucet to the saint.I have taken note of what other reviewers have said about the finish being fragile and tends to peel off, so I do baby them by wiping off the faucets after each use.Overall I'm very satisfied with these faucets and they were a great value. I would strongly recommend these to anyone and would purchase them again if necessary.

Install was straight forward aside from the absolutely asinine drain ...
Install was straight forward aside from the absolutely asinine drain plug design which is mind blowingly over-complicated for reasons that defy anything approaching sound judgement. Went down hill from there though because the very first turn on the cold water handle was, unexpected also that handles final turn as well since the porcelain came apart faster than a gangland cease fire. Stay away.

spout was crocked
The fabrication wasn't good and even trying to loosen the spout and re-straightening it, because of how the holes and everything was assembled, the spout would not point straight out from the base. Because of that I sadly had to return this and get a different less cool looking faucet set. I like the look of this faucet but unfortunately manufacturing error caused me to return it. Disappointing and I was without a functioning faucet in my 1 bathroom for a week lol.

Plastic knobs, not porcelain
Disappointed with the PLASTIC faucet knobs. Knobs feel cheap to touch, while the rest of faucet is heavy and seems like quality. Such a shame! Not bothering to install and returning.
