Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  At first I wasn't sure, because it just seemed to good to be true. Let me just say, I was truly satisfied, not only is the display beautiful, but to actually head the song I chosen brought tears down his eyes. I'm so glad I got this.

Two stars as the product was a bit misleading in the ad.The good:They use the actual sound waves from the recording you send - verified through Audacity.The Acrylic is water clear with no indications of trapped debris, bubbles, or other anomalies.The QR code used to play the actual recording is printed in black so that it can be easily read regardless of any other colors that are used on the waveform.The bad:What you're getting is a block of acrylic with a waveform silkscreened onto the back. The silkscreening is not high quality and has a lot of "fuzz". It looks ok from a distance, but like a series of blobs up close. There is no definition and the resolution is disappointingly low.Due to the low resolution, the waveform is not playable (yes, high resolution waveforms can actually be played as they correspond to the analog signals sent to the speakers). As a result, the recording is saved on a server somewhere and is accessed through a QR code printed on the back of the block. The issue with this is that if, for any reason, the company stops maintaining the server, your recording will be lost. Because of this, I would recommend not paying for the extra cost to have a real recording added.The ugly:The silkscreening is not protected by anything. A slight bump against a table corner will cause scratches that show through.Several times we have been unable to access the server the recordings are housed on.

The product is nice, and is packaged well. Makes for a nice presentation and my wife was pleased with the gift.However, I found the printing on the acrylic to be light as though I could scratch it off with my fingernail. On initial review of the block online I thought the sound wave was actually engraved in the acrylic so a little disappointed to see it was just printed on the back.My other issue was that the color chart shown with product images does not sync when customizing. I sent a message to the seller and they responded with, "That’s why it’s called customized". Seemed like an odd response. Please see image attached, I wanted color 15 from the color chart but when selecting color 15 in the dropdown to it shows a different color. Hopefully they will resolve this.

This gift is so cool and unique! I ordered the acrylic block with the rainbow pattern of colors for my gift and the scan code for the recipient to hear the sound file through their phone. The process was super easy. After I ordered it, I received an email from the seller asking me to send the audio file back to them and they would produce the item. All I had to do was record a message on my phone, save it as an mp4 file and email the file back to the seller. The next day after I sent the file, the seller informed me that my item was on its way! Keep in mind, this was the same week as Thanksgiving, so I expected a bit of a delay in production. I was so impressed by the seller's quick turnaround time, especially around the holiday season!When the product arrived, it was beautiful. Nicely packaged in plastic and a tight cardboard box to ensure nothing would arrive chipped or damaged. I tested out the QR code in the corner to see if it actually worked and it did! The idea is to hold your phone's camera up to the code and it will pick it up automatically. A link to the sound file will appear on your phone and you just have to press on it to hear the sound file. I had to learn that the acrylic block had to be up against a "blank" surface in order for my phone's camera to pick up the bar code (I held it against my wall that didn't have anything on it). The sound file came out perfectly!I'm so excited to give this gift for Christmas - I know it will be a very meaningful and heartfelt gift!

My husband is a sound engineer and this was the perfect personalized gift for him. I love that when people ask about it that he can simply scan the code and they get to hear a snippet of a song we love and my voice at the end telling him how much I love him.You cannot go wrong with this. Use your imagination and create an item that will last forever!

It was exactly as described. The block is beautiful and very well crafted. My voice was so clear that you can hear the birds chirping in the background. It was the perfect anniversary gift.It was incredibly fast delivery for a custom item. Even with the slow down of Covid19, I had it 5 days after ordering.

This is beautiful! I got it for my husband as a wedding gift. He's a guitarist/musician so it was very special to him and he never cries and this gift made him cry! It was awesome! It's beautiful and just like the picture! I highly recommend! Thank y'all so much! It also got here in time!

I got this as a gift for my Boyfriend for our one year anniversary. I had him close his eyes and I told him when to look and as soon as he opened his eyes he started to cry and had to gather himself but when we scammed it and our song started playing he started crying again. He really likes it he said that no girl has ever given him such a sweet and personalized gift before, which Was a little hard for me to believe cuz I have always tried to put a lot of thought and heart into any gift I give and make sure it means something and I want my gifts tell the person how I feel that can’t be said with words and as much as can be said with a gift without saying a word. I want them to be able to actually feel my feelings (or as close to feeling it as possible) even if it’s just for that moment. I believe this gift did exactly that. As you can probably tell by this review I am a pretty deep person and pay attention to details and it’s important to me that my gifts are high quality. I love this thing and I would have loved to receive something like this as well so out of five starts I’d give it 7 if I could! A big thank you to the creators.
