Great for cutting plastic sheets!
Used this to cut some ABS for an electronics project - worked great! Made a score line deep enough to easily snap the 1/8” thick plastic in just 4 or 5 passes, then cleaned up the edge with a file. Came out well…

Good price and exactly what I need. I cut up to 1/4 inch acrylic. Just had to do extra passes. Comfortable grip and easy guiding.

Effortless. Worked above expectations.
Ok I was skeptical about this and put off scoring this 1/4” the plexi glass that was $65 as brittle and chipped at corners. But took me few passes and was able to just snap off piece where I wanted to score it. Thumbs up here. Effortless.

There is something you need with this cutting tool or any box cutter for plexiglass . . . . Sheer determination!

Works fine with patience.
I used this tool to cut 1\4" plexiglass. It worked fine. Use a sturdy straight edge and an easy touch. Make a lot of passes, test by pressing your score line against a square edged table, score some more, test again, repeat... With patience you'll get a nice cut.
