Do you have replacement drills?

No they don’t. Very frustrating

What is the difference between this and the renewed one besides the price?

I purchased mine in 2017. I don’t know what the renewed version is. However, the one I bought stopped working after the first week, so I hope the renewed one offers better quality.

Did anyone have trouble getting the drill to work? It works if I hold the cover tightly down. This is second one- same thing.

I’m having the same trouble with the drill. The company says to contact them. I did and I’m still waiting. They do sell a replacement drill byt I don’t know if it will work with this model.

Gave to my daughter for Christmas and drill stopped working 2 days later. How do I get a replacement?
