Lee PrecisionC312-155-2R Double Cavity Mold

This probably won't help you guys for now, since I have NOT used it yet to see the mold. However, this is about what came to me. Lee makes a good product. I have their 6 cavity 9mm and it casts great. I figure this won't be any different. Going to use this for Powder coating like fortuneCookie and Elvis Ammo does on youtube. Looked online to see if this will be a good weight for 30-06 and 308. People mostly seemed pleased with the grains and the trajectory. Be safe out there. I will come back and update you guys on amateur casting and how it went for me.

I confess to being a fan of aluminum moulds in general. Fast heating, easy bullet drop, and light handling are all desirable characteristics; these have ‘em all. The Lee mould came perfectly fitted (no pin adjustment needed) with no burrs at the cavity edges. Handle fit was good; the sore plate was flat and correctly adjusted. Well done, Lee Precision!

The best lead slug I have ever shot out of my Texan .308 Beautiful cast...3 inch groups at 100 yards 900 ft./s, my air rifle is grouping better than I would’ve ever expected. I can hit a 6 inch group at 150 yards no problem. From a Bench rest

Easy to use, price.

Purchased this mold to make bullets for my .308 rifle and my .300 blackout AR-15. This mold smoked well, and by the second cast I was making keepers. Properly lubed and smoked it and it was working like a 5 year old mold.All gas checks seated perfectly on the first pass and zero lube was needed to size these. I plan on powdercoating them for use in supersonic rifle loads.

I use this mold to make lightweight bullets for my mosin nagant. I load them with pistol powder. All things considered, I am reloading them now for much cheaper than .22lr ammo, with a similar recoil and accuracy. Highly satisfied.

If you know how to cast bullets this is the way to go. If you only make bullets in the hundreds then this is an affordable option.

Very consistent and accurate mold. Just be sure you heat it up very well and it will crank out bullets as fast as you can pour them.

Spedizione veloce prodotto come da descrizione. Rispetto ai vecchi fondipalle lee la diminuzione di materiale provoca il surriscaldamento dopo meno fusioni rispetto a prima. Ho anche il C160 312 mod.vecchio che mi permette più fusioni prima di doverlo raffreddare, inoltre la palla ottenuta con il 160 ha un diametro maggiore rispetto al 155.
