I canceled my subscription months ago, because the products are honestly over priced for what they are, and the cancelation process was literal hell on earth. They charged me for 4 additional months while I emailed back and forth with customer service, just repeating myself over and over that I wanted to cancel and be refunded for the charges that occurred since I first asked to cancel. It’s predatory and should be illegal.
