I don’t usually write reviews, but this stuff actually works. I started taking MagO7 before bed, and by the next morninglike clockwork everything moves exactly how it should. 💩 No cramping, no urgency, just a clean, easy trip to the bathroom. I take this when I’m occasionally constipated. It’s very gentle - no cramping. Three pills at night will give me about 2 to 3 regular bowel movements the next day and the following day.It’s not fast acting but that is a positive as it feels very natural - no diarrhea (just regular bowel movements) and no cramping or pain.Being on a GLP-1, I find I occasionally need to take this.

This does not make your stomach cramp, and feel that need to rush to the bathroom like laxatives. I’ve had bad experiences with laxative’s, and I’m scared to take them. This stuff WORKS but it does not cause pain and an uncontrollable urge to go. I take three capsules at bedtime, and after getting up in the morning I can go. Start with two and then work your way up from there. I’ve found that three works for me, just like the directions. It’s saved me multiple times after being constipated for a week. So glad I found out about it. I recommend it to anyone who needs help and wants an easy way to get things moving.

It works well if you're constipated and haven't gone to the bathroom in a few days. I was constipated for 3 days, took 3 of these at night before bed. Went to the bathroom before the sun even rised. But yall, be careful because you'll be spending the time in the bathroom that first day. It doesn't give you painful stomach ache, but it will send you to the bathroom to cleanse your bowels.Only gave it a 4 star because sometimes I would see questionable dirt(?) in my pills.

I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews. No bloating, no cramping, fast overnight relief. Started with one capsule and it had no impact. I used 3 the next night and it worked beautifully. Took with 16 oz of water. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

This stuff really works. No cramping,no running or having to be close to a toilet. It’s very gentle and works as it is described too. I wish I would have tried this sooner.

If you need relief fast then this product works great! I would definitely be home all day if so! Taking it at night is the best time! Highly recommend
