Yep, it has definitely reduced scale on shower heads
Prevention is way better than cure. I was initially sceptical but thought I'd take a punt on this electrolytic type. Three months after fitting to mains water pipe into the boiler it has proved effective. Two shower heads that regularly caused constant annoyance with scale build up are now almost maintenance free. I'm also safe in the knowledge that expensive components inside the boiler now have some protection. Trust the science !

Does it completely remove scale from water.
I like the slim design and easy fitting but I can't give the full five stars yet until after three or four months use to see if any scales form on the shower heads etc.
