The GiggleBellies Musical Adventures Volume #1

We first bought a Giggle Bellies DVD over a year ago after finding a clip on the internet. We were desperately looking for something to calm and distract our toddler who was really distressed one night when we were away from home. He was immediately soothed and engaged by the visually stunning imagery and delightfully catchy music. We have since bought other DVDs in the collection for our family and have even given them as gifts. They are always a hit with the little kids...who happily dance and sing along. Even older kids and adults inevitably become mesmerized. The art is something out of a rainbow-infused dream...the characters are totally adorable and sweetly surreal. The songs include cherished ones from my childhood as well as some new ones that have now become favorites. The music is fun, catchy, and calming/upbeat (depending on the song); and the singers have a wonderful vocal quality. I would TOTALLY recommend this visual-musical adventure! Kudos to 3D Magic Factory for creating a high quality product as well as for their great customer service.

I first discovered Gigglebellies on youtube. The song was 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' i was trying to find a gentle song to calm my 18 month olds temper as his cartoon had just finished and needed him to settle before bed. Joey was captured from the very first giggle to the very last second, Joey fell in love as did I and my 2 other sons aged 9 and 10. From there we discovered what then i didn't realise was to be the magical song to fix everything. (As a tantrum starts, i press play and that second it ends, to help him sleep, to settle him when his brothers leave him to go to school.) 'Old McDonald Had A Farm'The characters turn up in most of the 9 songs on this DVD, Bucky the horse, Betty the sheep, Pickles the pig, Kissymoo the cow and the ultimate of characters Fribbit the frog. They are colourful ( im english btw) consistant and loveable in so many ways, The songs have a wonderful tempo to them, with happier bouncier videos at the start for day time use and the slower songs to the end of the DVD. The way the DVD is can bring excitment and calming is wonderful and very well thought out. I enjoy watching this just as much as my children do and love the modern ways they can bring old songs back into our lives in such a modern way and completes this nicely with new songs.

Ordered this DVD along with Volume 2 after watching the songs a countless number of times on YouTube with my son (I found them by chance while searching for kid's nursery rhymes/songs).My son has recently been addicted to and refuses to watch anything else but the brainy baby DVD's which are all wonderful, but I finally managed to change the DVD today (just received the DVDs) and he was hypnotized! He couldn't believe that what he had been watching on the small iPad was finally on our large screen TV...His favorite song to date is: the wheels on the bus. And he'll literally play it on loop!! He has loved music from a very young age, and this just gets him up and dancing!The animation is very colorful, has lovely images and keeps a toddler focused for longer than most other (educational/music) DVD's.A nice touch too, is that after passing my order through Amazon, I actually received a personalized email from the founders thanking me for my purchase and letting me know if I had any questions or suggestions, that I could contact them directly. Much appreciated!All in all I would recommend this to any mom who enjoys sharing musical experiences with her toddler... These DVDs are a lot of fun, and at times have little twists from the original songs.

The Gigglebellies video should be enjoyed by every child, it makes them laugh, sing, dance and clap their hands. My great granddaughter sits glued to this video so I bought one for the video player in the car and also sent one to my great grandsons in Idaho. The colors are vibrant and I love the way the lyrics are changed just a bit to add new interest to classic nursery songs. When my granddaughter was in the hospital for tests the nurse got the video up on her cellphone and it calmed Mya down and brought a smile to her little face. The creators of this video have amazing talent and know what children will like. I can't wait until the next one comes out in October, 2011.

I first found the GiggleBellies music videos on youtube and I decided to get it since my son likes the songs. The characters are so colorful and their movement catch my son's attention. I play this to my son in the morning when he wakes up and during his porridge feeding time. He likes the ABC Superstar, Old McDonald had a farm & Wheels on the bus these 3 songs a lot. The only song he is not really interested in is the Web Footed Friends and he always turn his head away from the screen and I've to play the songs he likes to get his attention back. My son just turned one and he can say the word "ABC" to me after watching the video.Overall, it's a good and educational music videos for babies and toddlers.

I first came across GiggleBellies on YouTube and soon realized that we would need to own this DVD. Absolutely fabulous DVD ~ songs and graphics are top-notch! I like how they did a twist on some songs so it's refreshing to hear their version for familiar songs.I think the bright colors and inviting music really captivates her. Currently I think the ABC song is her favorite because she starts drinking her bottle faster when it comes on. I think it's the best animated musical dvd out there for children and trust me I've seen most of them. I like the music too. Allot of the other stuff out there gets annoying really quick. Coming from a Dad, I would recommend The GiggleBellies DVD for anyone with children to age 5. The graphics are really colorful, the characters are so cute, and the music is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone with young kids.
