Richtig gute Pfanne
Wir haben den Bräter jetzt schon einige Wochen und ich muss sagen, dass der Preis des Teils einfach gerechtfertigt ist. Wir haben die alten Blechteile jetzt alle entsorgt, weil wir fast nur noch diese Pfanne nehmen. Die Antihaft-Beschichtung ist auch noch nach der Nutzungszeit bisher ohne sichtbare Spuren und funktioniert super. Man braucht einfach weniger Fett zum Anbraten. Die Wärmeverteilung ist sehr gut und es ist mit der Pfanne möglich, das Bratgut komplett und schön scharf anzubraten. Goulasch und ein schöner saftiger Braten, kein Problem.Außerdem ist die Höhe des Bräters so, dass man darin auch eine gute Sauce entstehen lassen kann.Insgesamt muss ich trotz des höheren Preises sagen: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!

Love the double handles
Worth every penny! May be used as a casserole, and on the cooktop as a large fry pan. Love the double handles. With a pan this big, a long handle hanging over the side of the cooktop, or over another burner, is a liability. The double handles are safer, and allow for easy pickup of a large pan with a hot load.Cleanup is really, really, easy.Marvelous pan in every way. Highly recommend.
