Despite the fact that this electrolyte mix does not readily dissolve, I purchase it because it is affordable and because it works. I take regular saunas, which deplete my salts. This causes leg cramps at night and for my hands to lock up. This drink mix eliminates and prevents these problems for me.

Hi-Lyte Lemonade Electrolyte Powder is a great way to add flavor to water without the calories or sugar. I usually get the Pink Lemonade flavor, but they were out, so I tried the regular lemonade, and it didn’t taste quite as good. While I finished the product, the Pink Lemonade flavor is definitely my favorite.

Decent product. I give this a 3 star because it doesn’t have maltodextrin and other crap which is a good thing but the bad thing it is that I Can start tasting the lemon after putting in like 6-8!scoops in a gallon of water. I fully agree. That the lemonade. has no taste at all ,even if you add another 2 scoops ,and that it is lumpy and takes like 5 minutes with a stirrer to dissolveDONT BUY IT IF YOU LIKE SOME FLAVOUR TASTE

The straight lemonade flavor sucks horribly. Just got it and it doesn’t dissolve well. Even put it in a shaker bottle and after 3 mins of shaking it’s still chunky. It also doesn’t taste like lemonade. It tastes like salty lemon and is chunky. Amazon denied my return even though I’ve only used a couple of scoops.
