OEM (Original) Vertical Leather Case Pouch with Swivel Belt Clip for BlackBerry Storm 2 (Storm2) 9520

this is a well made, form fitting cellphone case. It sits securely on your belt, and, tough I prefer it to stay vertical always, it has a ratcheting mechanism that allows you to adjust its angle all the way to horizontal, with stops along the way (which is pretty useful in some chairs)The one reason I am not completely happy with it is my fault - I actually don't have a blackberry. I have a TreoPro, and this case is TOO form-fitting, and therefore, since the TreoPro is a LITTLE longer than the Blackberry, the holster does not quitter close as it should.At the price offered (about $3) this is an amazing bargain. if you are looking for a black berry holster, look no more.

I purchased this pouch for my Blackberry Bold 9700. Contrary to what other reviewers noted, my phone fits perfectly inside the pouch. Perhaps they received the wrong pouch? (a Tour pouch, as one reviewer mentioned).For the price you're paying, the quality is superb. It's neat, stylish, and well designed. The stitches around the pouch give it a nice look. So does the engraved blackberry logo on the front and the back of the pouch.The pouch has a magnetic strip. Taking out/putting in the phone is real easy. The phone is also secure inside the pouch.Also, the swivel feature is great. You have the option of wearing it vertically or horizontally, and can easily change positions while the pouch is clipped to your belt. The pouch also clips quite firmly to your belt/pants.You can also program your phone to act differently when holstered. (For example, to vibrate or play a sound only when inside the pouch, only when outside the pouch, or in both cases). Furthermore, you can configure the phone to, for example, automatically open the email you just received as soon as you take your phone out of the pouch.Last but not least, a small word of warning to those who might be wearing it when entering their car. My car has bucket seats, and more than once, upon entering the car, the clip/swivel part of the pouch snapped and got detached from the rest of the pouch. I was able (after quite some time to figure out how it works) to reassemble it. Doubt it's a design flaw, as I imagine this might happen with any belt-clipped pouch. Just be careful when entering your car; tilt your body a bit so the pouch is protected. You'll be fine.In a nutshell; you can't go wrong with this pouch. It's stylish, well crafted, and great to have. For the price of this thing, I say give it try. Odds are, you're gonna like it.

Nice and durable case. The only problem is that it is a little too big for the Bold 9700 that it is designed to service. I suggest to be used with a silicon or rubberized pouch or cover. I bought a very nice Otter box and fits inside this OEM Case Pouch but a little too tight.

I bought this product for my Blackberry Bold 9700 and am very happy with the purchase. I used to just throw my phone in my pocket, but then I'd have to worry about any other items I was carrying scratching up my screen while I walked around. I finally decided that a belt holster would be the best choice for me and I decided to go with this one.The holster has the original Blackberry logo stamped into the leather flap on the front and the case doesn't have a cheap look to it. It fits my device snugly and the the swiveling plastic belt clip is very handy. I am able to clip the phone onto my belt and orient it either vertically or horizontally with just a simple twist. The case also communicates to the Blackberry via a tiny magnet inside of the leather; the phone's screen will dim whenever it is docked inside the case, or you can change your settings to automatically answer a call when the device is pulled from the holster. These features are actually really useful and something that I appreciate being built-in to the case.Overall, a very handy product that does its job at a price that's hard to beat!

This case is definitely not intended for the Bold 9700. It is too wide and too tall for this device.I contacted the seller because I thought they had made a mistake and sent a different case. They did send the correct case, but IMHO this case is not suitable for the Bold 9700.Amazon, the seller or Blackberry should review this and consider modifying the information regarding this case.

This case is certainly made well enough, in fact, I would best describe it as heavy duty. Unfortunately, it seems the case was made as a one size fits all, it really was too big for my 9700. The belt clip is also quite large, and the case rides high up on your belt, which I find uncomfortable. Functionally it is very well made, cosmetically it is too bulky.

The product is quite comfortable and swivels to offer position to suit one's personal comfort levels

This is a nondescript case that holds your BB. It’s simple, has no “wow” features about it, and does what it says it does. The leather is nice and overall it’s more than sufficient for the price you pay for it. I was particularly impressed with how fast I got my case and how secure the lock was on it that held the phone.
