Disappointed
To begin with wasnt always easy to get 6 pumps into a glass, the pump wouldn’t work!Had to take the top off to clear nozzle nearly every time I used it, I didn’t feel any benefit from using it either, made no difference to my condition (Arthritis), I did persevere with it hoping it would, but in reflection I should have just returned for a refund, always looking for alternatives to Pharma meds, and was hoping this was it, hence the dissatisfaction.Unless I just had a bad batch

A good anti inflammatory as far as I can judge
I have just finished a larger bottle of this product. One of the things I really liked is the ease of using the dispenser. But that one failed to dispense long before I finished the bottle - one needs six drops per dose. I hope this dispenser will last until the end.

Early days
Heard about this from a friend, wanted liquid instead of very big tablets. Early days but so far appears to still be doing the job, inflammation not too bad.

taste is rather bad
Truth Origins Vitality - Curcumin Turmeric Supplements with Biotin, Vitamin B12 & D3, is an expensive way of taking Turmeric.I have been taking a form of Turmeric for a few months now and I have had a noticeable relief of pain with continued use. I wanted to try this as I thought it would put the supplement quicker into my system without any waste etc.I found the taste bad and had to quickly wash my mouth after swallowing. I would consider it to be even worse than CBD oil. This is a good but expensive way of taking this supplement though it does contain a few other Vitamins which are necessary for a healthy life. The fact that the bottle only lasts a month is simply too expensive for me personally. I do consider Turmeric one of the best supplements for easing pain of arthritis without the side effects anti-inflammatory medications can give. Therefore, this is an excellent supplement to take and it certainly works with regular use.

Good cucurmin supplement with extras, but not cheap!
This is a cucurmin supplement which also contains Vitamin D, B12 and Biotin. It also contains: Green tea, Frankincense, Cinnamon and Lithospermum, Fennel essential oil, Black pepper, Lemongrass essential oil and Pepper extracts and Fluvic acid. All of the flavourings are naturally derived and the Vitamin D3 is extracted from Lichen. The sweetener is steviol. It is in a liquid form which is pineapple and lime flavour, and the whole supplement is plant-based.Each bottle contains 3000mg total curcuminoids and the daily dosage of 6 pumps (3ml) contains 90mg. The Vitamin D3 per serving is very low at 1.6ug, compared to what’s becoming generally acceptable daily doses of 25-50ug and the B vitamins aren’t high doses either, but as an addition to the ‘main performer’ of curcumin, this isn’t a negative unless you are attempting to use this as your sole supplement for all these things. The manufacturer advises adding 6 pumps to shakes or smoothies and I thin this would work well. I have also taken it ‘neat’ into the mouth and it is strong but not too bad, nor unpleasant.I think this is a great way of taking cucurmin, especially for those who don’t like swallowing tablets. However, it’s not cheap at £39 for 30 servings which works out at £1.30 per day. There are cheaper cucurmin supplements out there. For this reason, it gets 4 out of 5 stars.
