Optical audio splitter does the job...if it fits the opening
The splitter was purchased to enable optical audio connection to a device (Vizio Smart TV) for two audio devices. While the splitter worked fine in a test location, its handle, larger than most optical wires, did not fit the TV location. Buy this device knowing the diameter (about 3/8") and shaft (about 1-1/2") will fit the space allowed in the intended device.

Amazon delivery issue but product is great
We got a new television and needed optical connection for two things. This splitter fit the television and our accessories perfectly. It works great.
