This soap dispenser is seriously impressive. Right out of the box, it looks premium—the polished stainless steel finish gives it a clean, modern vibe that works great in both home and commercial spaces. It feels super solid and well-built, not like the cheap plastic ones you usually see. Mounting it was easy, and once it's up, it just works flawlessly. The sensor is responsive, no need to wave your hand a million times, and it dispenses just the right amount of soap. Plus, the 1100ml capacity is awesome—I don't have to refill it constantly, even in a busy area. What I really appreciate is how clean it keeps everything. Just bought my second one. First was about a year ago. Very well built and sturdy for sure. My first one has been working great, not one issue! It's still working on the first set of (4) AA batteries! One in our half-bath, and now this one will be over my laundry sink. The best part of this unit, aside from the great quality, is the programable output amount. "5" yes five choices to set how much soap comes out at each use. Just on button on the bottom does this. Read instructions. I am very particular about finding the best, and this is it, so far, for me! PS... I use the liquid hand soap right out of the bottle, but if you like you can put warm water in it and stir to thin it down if you like.

Bought 4 of these in February 2025 as replacing other dispenser's, ordered early as as needed for opening for our season May 1st, after 3 weeks of light use one no longer works, replaced batteries and nothing, reached out to seller on Amazon, no response from them... Not worth buying, unfortunately I am going to buy a replacement as they need to look the same, just worried how long before I'll be replacing them all, and for over $50.00 thought would be good quality.updateed 7/5/25..After writing this review, the supplier/ Mfg. reached out and sent a replacement per the warranty. Very pleased. Thank you !! Update 2/6/26, another dispenser stopped working, still within warranty, but once again no response from Mfg.. stay away, they cost a lot and mfg. Does not respond when there are issues and under warranty... Now 2 star, we'll see if mfg. Reaches out or replace. I will up date if something happens.Update 2/14/26 the supplier finally replied said my first email was sent back to Amazon.. They sent replacement within a few days... So I feel they are a good company and follow through with their products, just hard to get a response at first. Now we'll see how long they last as warranty is now out.. also upgraded to a 4 star due to speedy replacement. This might get updated again if they start dieing and I have to replace, spent over $200.00 0n 4 soap dispenser's, want other's to get what you pay for .. so far , pleased...

I purchased two of these, one works fine, the other does not dispense soap, I pressed the button on the bottom as I did with the first one, the light blinks three times as the directions said it would, it does not dispense soap, the company replaced it with a new one, it is the same. I don't recommend this soap dispenser if you value your time in mounting it. I will be looking for a manual pump soap dispenser as I need four soap dispensers, I wish this country would make items like this, it would be worth twice the price to have things that work.

A great soap dispenser that works well with various commercial, liquid, bulk hand soaps. We use these dispensers in all our company's restrooms and hand wash sinks. Easy to refill from any bulk bottle or jug. We reached out to AIKE support when one dispenser stopped working and they immediately replied and quickly arranged for a new replacement unit to be shipped directly to us. It will be a pleasure to continue purchasing and using AIKE products and we highly recommend them.

UPDATE: I reached out to seller and they replaced both dead units within days. Outstanding customer service and great communication! Updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars hoping the replacement units last longer than the failed units. Will update if there is another failure. ORIGINAL POST: This is the second unit we purchased. It replaced an identical unit that failed after 3 months. This one didn't last two weeks. These unit were not installed in a high traffic area. Oddly, the one we have in the men's bathroom is still the original install and has not failed... yet.

Easy installation but would recommend using screws into a stud. Been using for one month and it dispenses enough soap to lather up hands. It has been a quiet unit. Easy to refill and good value for the price. Recommend it and will be buying more for other work sites but waiting a little longer to make sure.
