What are the three enzymes in this product?

Each enzyme in our formula, like a lock and key, attacks and break down specific deposits. The three enzymes used are Protease (proteins & blood deposits), Amylase (starch deposits), and Lipase (fat deposits).

Can I clean patients eyeglasses with this solution in an ultrasonic cleaner?

Our product is designed to reprocess medical equipment. It would not be recommended to use on eyeglasses.

So I mix the product 1 ounce in 1gallon of water ? And it is effective in hot water only? Also how long should the tools be submerged into the mix?

Yes, 1 ounce with 1 gallon of water. Hard-to-remove matter may require more concentrate. It can be used in any temperature water provided it is not more than 150 degrees. It is effective in room temperature water as well. The tools should be soaked for a minimum of 2 minutes and more if there is hard-to-remove matter on the instruments.
