I was skeptical to try this product after not having much luck with probiotics in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised. After only 1 week of taking this I felt less bloated, less stomach cramping and more energy. I also have suffered from seborrheic dermatitis on my face for quite some time and my skin is starting to clear. I take 1 pill every morning on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before I eat. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering again. This is a great price for a great probiotic.

Only used for a month but it did help with symptoms at stated on the bottle.With everything it takes time for regularity.I appreciate the combo of pro and prebiotics.. thats a plus!Would most definitley try again.

I was amazed!! These little pills really have regulated my digestive system. I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I have noticed my digestive system works better. I never had digestive issues until I started taking a lot of medication, this keeps me on a regular schedule and it really helps with the occasional bloat and gas. I try to eat a lot of greens and such but they cause so much gas a pressure that I hated it, since starting these pills all that seems to have lessened a lot. I hope this helps my immune system as much as the digestive but I will not know that for a few more weeks yet. I am a Crohn's Disease patient for the past 25 yrs with active disease since before starting to use this product. I do not take any maintenance medications and prefer to manage my condition's symptoms using natural/alternative remedies. My CD manifests mostly on my small intestine I have taken probiotics before, but not on a consistent basis. I was impressed by the claims that this strain of probiotic works best for the symptoms of IBD/IBS. I was given the initial bottle as a trial, but my opinion is my own.I have been using activechange Probiotics for a few months now. I started using only one caplet daily to stretch the life of the bottle, but decided to increase the daily dosage to 2 caplets after a few days of not noticing any difference. As soon as I increased the dosage, I started feeling slightly lightheaded right after taking my daily dosage, which only lasted for a few days. I also noticed that an inflammation spot I could feel when I touched my abdomen reduced significantly. After a few weeks, the inflammation bump eventually returned... :( Sometimes, when I start feeling the abdominal cramping, I take 2 caplets twice a day for a few days, which seems to help my symptoms and bloated sensation to subside.Even though I am pleased with this probiotic's performance in general, I can't really tell the difference from this strain of probiotic to some others I have taken in the past. I do like that it doesn't need refrigeration. Probiotics are not "the cure" to IBD symptoms, but who knows how worse I would be without taking them? I combine the use of these probiotics with a gluten-free, dairy-free diet, and trying to integrate the FODMAPS diet, which seems to help in relieving my symptoms. I am also trying to implement stress-management techniques simultaneously to taking this product, which are all helpful with CD and other IBDs.I will continue taking this probiotic for a few more months as I know natural remedies do tend to take longer to have their full-on effect in the body. If my opinion changes, I will modify this review.

This is a great product everyone should use probtiotic's. It is great for your tummy, your intestine, your digestion, your weight and much much more. If you have a belly ache, this stuff is great, take 2 to 4 pills and no more tummy ache. I had my daughter taking it when she was 3 years old, she is now 21 and still taking probiotic. I recieved this product for free or a discounted price for my un bias opinion on this product.
