Good quality, fits as it should even without need to cut. These are nice inserts with an even nicer price tag! I put these inside my new flat faux suede boots, three different pairs of them. They are a whole lot better than other insoles about the same price. These have soft, squishy padding that doesn’t make walking with these unbearable like the other brands did. I only had to trim them up a little in the front, slide them in & Im good to go. I have Plantar Fasciitis & dead with a lot of chronic foot pain. These actually help keep the bad pain at bay. I can’t afford the custom orthotics so these are the best alternative I have found. I highly recommend these inserts. They help me. I enjoy writing honest reviews for my fellow Amazonians. Would be perfect if you have a high arch. I have a normal arch and when used I feel upward pressure on my arch, to the point of it being uncomfortable after a few hours. They are well built, very affordable, and sized appropriately. But, you have to have a high arch. If you don't you just wasted your cash.

i have tried many sole inserts over the years. this one was the only one that gave me support in every part of my feet. eliminating the pain. i had to stop using them after one day because it put too much load on the outer edge of my feet. this caused feet to slide off part of the outer edge of the shoe. i twised my ankle 3 times in a 6 hour period. i wish there support to raise the outer edge of my foot.

These are terrible. I work in a warehouse so all day on my feet and these made my feet hurt even more. After five hr of my 9hr shift I couldn’t take it and chucked them in the trash. The black part is a hard plastic and they squeak.

Good value and great support compared to other, more expensive inserts. My only complaint is that they squeak. Doesn't seem to matter which shoes or if they are on top of or beneath the original shoe liners or alone. They squeak. I have 3 pair and it won't keep me from wearing them but it's kind of annoying.

I have a high arch and this product are very comfortable, I wear it all day today and it was super comfortable and feel good , highly recommend!!

Great if your on your feet most of the day and provides great cushion for your soles. Fits very easily into your shoes

Unfortunately, I did not measure the depth/side of my intended shoes. My shoes with these supports inside no longer fit so all it’s a moot point regarding any adjectives suggested above.
