I have some svivel sweeper batteries that run slow yet the new batterie that came with my new purple run strong and fast is this the same type?

I am waiting for “ Frank” to call me about replacing this item or giving me credit. It did not work. What now?

I was told that a replacement is being sent to me because only 4 months had passed since my purchase.

My old battery says 7.5v. Will this 7.2v battery work.

Assuming you are using the battery in the Swivel Sweeper Max or an earlier version of the Sweeper. If that is the case yes the battery will work fine. The only difference I noticed was a slightly shorter run time before the battery ran out.
