Update: I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful. I received excellent customer service and a replacement bottle should be here any day. The interaction exceeded my expectations. I still highly recommend this water bottle and am excited to continue using it.I liked the bottle at first, but the diffuser/filter is stuck inside. I superglued the pieces of the tool together hoping it would help because it kept coming apart while trying to remove the diffuser. It just keeps coming apart because the diffuser is cemented inside the bottle. Now I have expensive unused diffusers and a bottle that doesn’t perform the function for which it was purchased. Hoping the company will stand behind their product and offer a replacement but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I guess we’ll see.

Love this water bottle , the water is very good . Only thing I need is is the additional sip top to make sipping easier without spilling all over yourself

This picture is comparing the ph directly from the water cooler and after 20 minutes in the bottle. It really worked. I know a bunch of people who swear by alkaline water and I’m hoping it helps me. It’s a great water bottle. It seems to be well made and the color is really nice.

The only tricky thing is that sometimes the filter gets stuck in the removal tool when I try to pull it out for cleaning. Had to use pliers in order to get it apart and now there’s a funny taste, even after washing..Otherwise this water bottle is absolutely wonderful & it helped increase my Water intake. It’s definitely a better quality of water. My body can feel when I drink regular water versus this.

I didn’t receive the long attachment for handling the metal piece that houses the beads for the alkalinity. Instead I received one that is about half the size of the one pictured in the description. So I have to make the water and then pour it into the container. It’s a bit of a pain.
