They are a great company. They helped resolve my issue with my decal. It came sooner than predicted, and the print and cut was wonderful. I will just say I did have issues transferring the first time around. The transfer film seemed to not come off the vinyl. But the company helped resolve my problem!

I have 2 issues with this order. The first problem was with my decal and unfortunately it was a big enough problem to knock a star off. If i wasn't able to resolve the issue on my own then that would be a different story. The Second problem I have is regarding the Customer Support. Problem One, the decal was not coming off of the transfer paper after application. All directions were followed and the little handbook troubleshooter didn't exactly lay out the Yellow Brick Road for me either. My solution was to use a sharp knife, paperclip or anything small and pointy to pick the decal off just enough to be able to put pressure on it while you peel back the transfer paper; Its tedious and easy to mess up. Problem Two, the customer service email bounces back as an inactive email. So thats never a good sign. That all being said, after careful work, I got it on and i think it looks great, so at the end of the day im happy with the outcome.

The vinal would not come off the backing. I tried for a long time. I rubbed and rubbed i ended up thinking I had it so I started to pull the backing away slowly. Some of the vinal was on the window the rest was on the backing. I could not start over at that point. I just tossed it. I tried to reach out to the seller to let him know what happened. I was only looking for a replacement. Amazon keept telling me it was an item thst could not be returned. I selected other and sent the seller a message. I never heard anything from the seller and Amazon closed the request. I am not sure if my experience was isolated or not but i nwas very disappointed.
