Jawan Razor COMMANDO

I have been using Pearl SSH-05 Close comb and Romer-7 hybrid. Was looking for aggressive razor for daily single pass shave. Came to know about this razor from YouTube.So far, extremely satisfied with the razor. This is an aggressive razor, no doubt about that, but don't understand why people are complaining about that. This razor gives unique experience and patented head design is just brilliant. People who want same medium aggressive/mild razor and branding to show off, do not buy this, but who want unique feeling and aggressive shave at very reasonable price, go for this. At 151gm this is by far heaviest razor I have ever used, gives special premium feeling while using.Cons.1) No branding on razor, at distance does not look premium, although it is different story when you hold it.2) knurling could have been better.3) chemical bonding looks cheap, though functional.To summarise, this is "the" most unique DE razor you can have in your shaving arsenal and must have if you are wet shaving enthusiast. Indians should also buy this even for the recognition of this brand, it has not been given due recognition.Happy shaving :)

It is heavier and giving closer shave than Pearl L-55 open comb meanwhile no irritation. Knurling can be improvised but still it is ok if not the best. onething I noticed is the razor top cap is bit wobbling horizontally which makes the blade exposure uneven on the blade top side(it would have been worst if it is in bottom side). Overall the best open comb shave experience I ever had (BSC brush, Axe shaving cream, Wilkinson sword blade).

Unique razor but highly aggresive. The blades sits horizontally so it cuts down hair like butter however you get a lot of Nicks when going against the grain. razor burn is pretty bad as well. I use pearl open comb razor with feather and it is a delight to shave with. This one is scary.

Doesn't cut properly. Poor design. Magnetic action is very good and feels solid. But disappointed with poor blade angle.

Easy to assemble. Logo of missing. Gives smooth shave not actually aggressive I would say a moderate shaves. A two piece razor. Top cap of the razor is shaky it is not so firm. magnets are powerful to hold the blade with the razor.

This is not a super aggressive razor!Used Jawan Mag T commando razor (medium aggressive razor with zero bite - the razor at 151 gms is excellent for a single pass efficient shave. The glide is just terrific and just so effective) with Zorrik Super Platinum blade (excellent combination (for me) the other day, the razor worked great with my go to Gillette Wilkinson sword as well)First pass - with the grain. This razor is meant, in my opinion; just for this. Clean effective one pass. But I went on.Second pass - across the grain on the face with the grain on the neck. So so smooth.

Very sturdy, heavy (150gms), and solid . The magnetic head gives a unique feature which holds the blade and doesn't allow to move while shaving. This is very utility product both for experienced as well as beginners. However, IMHO, this might not be used for daily shaving as it is not required since 1 time , 2-3 passes and you are done for 2 days minimum. Overall good product, value for money and also an Indian brand. I got a got amount of discount while buying it from the company website.
