Early positive review, will update! (Updated: low staying power)
Update edit: nope, I've hardly used this set after the first few times. Very poor staying power, started peeling after about 4 days no matter how well I did my prep and how long I cured it, and I tried multiple times with the different colors. If you like changing your nail color frequently, it'll be fine, but don't expect even a week of hard wear.I'll stay on top of this review and update it as I use all the colors in the "neutral" set. For now I just applied 022 (a pretty purplish-grey) last night and thus far I LOVE it. Disclaimer/caution/whatever: If you follow the instructions, this is a great gel polish for curing under UV/LED lamps. If you don't, you're going to be disappointed, because it absolutely takes a lamp to cure them and a wipe-down with alcohol after your top coat, like EVERY gel polish.Ok now that that's out of the way, here's the application run-down. These are a really weird consistency compared to the Gelish and Aimeli gels I've bought previously. I carefully rolled each bottle to mix them without bubbling (don't shake), and dotted the color on top of each bottle with an orange stick and cured them under my lamp so I know what color I'm working with, because the bottles only have numbers on the bottom, no names, and it's difficult to tell from the little "window" in the bottle.I've never worked with polish that is somehow runny (it strings all over when you pull the brush out if you're not careful!) and yet THICK at the same time. I was not happy at first! So I applied my Gelish foundation coat and cured it, then put as thin a layer as I initially could of the Clavuz 022. It was streaky and a little bubbly, so before curing that first coat I went ahead and swiped over it again with slightly more polish on the brush, and waited a second, and MAGIC happened.Maybe the reason for this formula's bizarre consistency is that it is self-leveling without running right off the nail! It smoothed out beautifully and evenly once I had enough of it on my nail. I have particularly had trouble with the Aimeli brand because it seemed like it ran down into my cuticles and the side of my nail before I could even shove my hand under the light to start curing! The Clavuz gel does NOT do that. I had almost nothing to take off with my other thumbnail before curing, and the best part was that I didn't have any shrinkage after curing...I notice that a lot with the Gelish polishes, that no matter how hard to try to take them up and over the tip of the nail, they shrink back as soon as you cure. Did not have that problem with this particular gel (have only tried the 022 color though so far, so will update).Make sure if you have rough spots on your nails that you gently sand them off. I found this polish slightly less forgiving than others of tiny keratin bumps in spots where I had peeled off my previous gel (I know...naughty naughty) and definitely had a tiny bubble on one thumb nail because I wasn't consistent about smoothing with the file.I'll update with wear and peeling issues once I've had this on a week, so maybe I won't love them as much if they're chipping early. But if I can get a good solid week out of any gels I am extremely impressed : I have the dreaded oily nail beds (even with the Gelish PH balancer) and am also hard on my hands (I take a lot of hot baths and do yardwork without gloves). This really does have a beautiful true "jelly" finish though and so far I'm very pleased!

Great value; very satisfied so far!
So far, so good. I ordered Set 4 with colors 019-024. I'll admit, I will probably never use a couple of the colors (looking at you, 021 & 023), but for the price, I think I got a great deal. The bottles are "mini" bottles, yes, but what's nice about gel polish is you can apply so much less than regular polish and get better coverage, so I think for me, these little guys will last a long time. Also I change my color every two weeks so by the time I'm back to the same color, a couple months has gone by.I tried 019 first because that's the color that drew me to Set 4 (pic included). It's a beautiful pinky-mauve that is on-trend and changes ever-so-slightly depending how thick you apply. You can see in my photo, the top pic is a little deeper of a color, which was two slightly thicker coats than the bottom pic (also the lighting is juuust a bit different). I got several compliments with this color. I have fair skin and it looked great with my tone. I also applied a light self tanner while wearing this color and it still looks good with a little glow.So far this is the only color I've tried. Still looks great after a full week and I bet I'll get another week out of it. My nails grow so fast with gel polish that I usually max out at two weeks.Shipping was fast (qualifies for Prime) and the product was packed well with no damages. The only reason it's not 5-star worthy is because the colors are super difficult to tell apart just by looking at the bottle so I had to refer back to my order for a cheat-sheet. However as I try more colors from the set, I may add that 5th star. 😋

Runny consistency
There are some colors that i simply CANNOT get enough of; eapecially for the price. i have used this so many times. And it amazes me everytime. Then there are the grayish tones that i dont ever reach for. The consistency is on a thinner side, so if you use a layer that is too thin, itll show on one side of the nail, and might wipe off on the other. I have found this to be true with this color in the picture but more specifically o no the light pink. Its like i brushed on water.Controlled even strokes help. But if you get this ok the crevices between the nail and your hand; (referring to light pink) its so watery and runny that wiping it off wouldnt be enough because the rest of the polish from the nail will follow and run down as well. So the only option is to cure it and file it away. So you need to be really careful!
