Love this mat/cushion. I was looking for something with the right softness and cushiness for my legs and feet to rest on while still being firm enough to support good posture. I sit on a buckwheat pillow on this mat and it’s a perfect balance between the two.I’m 5’8” and the mat is a good size for my height. Knees are not hanging over the edge :)I have washed it a few times and it holds up great, the fabric is solid.It does come out with creases after you dry it, but that’s the nature of cotton so I do give it a quick ironing for a crisp look. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Fast delivered, and well-packaged. I have using this meditation mat every day since I received it. The whole cover is sturdy, but its surface is soft. It’s durable as described. I feel very comfortable sitting on the meditation mat during meditation, and it matches my meditation cushion perfectly. I usually use it together with my meditation cushion. Besides meditation, I simply use it as a floor mat. Now when friends come to my house, we could sit on the mat rather than chairs, eating snacks and watching movies, which is more casual. I am happy with this purchase. Highly recommend it.

Its nicely made a lil understuffed though. Makes you wander why it was 60.00? My round zafu with buck wheat i love.

I am so happy with this mat. It is the perfect size and has great balance without too much cushion.

The cover itself feels fine and the fabric is nice, but the cushion/insert is pretty bad. It is understuffed, doesn’t fill the cover at all — you could fit two of the inserts in one cover — and the cotton is lumpy. When kneeling to sit on it, I can feel the floor between lumps. I left it overnight to decompress, tried fluffing it for a while, and pulling against the cotton inside to even it out, but nothing helped. I’m definitely returning this and going to Dh*rm*Cr*fts for a quality one. For the countless hours you’re going to be sitting on a mat, it should be a lot better than this.(Update: their customer service reached out after my review and gave me a full refund, which was really nice. But, I had to edit and attach a picture. The one on the left is the DC one: thick, solid, quality batting and that's right out of the box, not fluffed. The one on the right is the one I reviewed here. The dent is JUST from the zafu, that's not after I sat on it. And I fluffed that one for the picture. As I said, it's too thin, the cotton batting is still lumpy and my ankles feet touch the floor through it when I sit. To the manufacturer: I hate to be harsh, but you folks need to at least double the filling to make this usable for daily meditation.)

The pictures basically lie. Its kinda flimsy. Really not worth the money. Im definitely returning this. The material is great, but as someone else said, it’s definitely understuffed. If I kept this I would have to figure out another pad underneath. I should not have to figure anything out. LoL. I can get a twin size mattress for $100. This flimsy $64 is kinda crap for the money. Imagine: i can spend $36 more and by a mattress. People want to sell you these pads because you think it’s something special. Its not. Its a pad. Don’t fall for it. LoL

I will keep it. I preferred the previous models that had more cushioning abs this more comfort.

It's made very well. No smells. Sturdy cover/quality stitching. A nice amount of padding but is not too puffy. Just the right size but does not take up more space than necessary. Far better than blankets. I didn't think I would keep it but so glad I got it. My legs do not fall asleep and I can meditate for longer and be still.

Nice and thick which helped me reach enlightenment in just a few minutes of use.

Good quality and comfortable

I own two of these and both are made of high quality material, and they look nice. Both zabutons, however, are quite lumpy. The cotton just isn’t evenly distributed throughout the interior of the cushion.

It is a well made mat. The only gripe, a very small one, is that it is a dust magnet, especially on carpet. But, that is a small issue. Don’t let it stop you from purchasing it.
