Fantastic WOK tongs.
What a find! Perfect length for wok tongs.... Use 2x tongs together to mix the stir fry whilst cooking and serving. A "must" for stir fry!

Good long handles!
These are brilliant and do the job well. Very pleased with them. They are good and solid and the long handles makes them very easy to use when tossing stir fry.

Review of spatula use with griddle pan and wok
So I ordered these as I wanted to try them. They mix the food in the wok very easy with not much hassle. Also good for keeping the hand away from being spat on. Also when I was cutting the cooked chicken in half in the wok to see if its cooked it does work well for that without dmaging the wok or the spatula. Couple of things Ive noticed. They are not good to serve the food on the plate with as they only hold a small amount and it take a few goes back to the wok for putting a portion on the plate (not a good time saving). I havent tested the heat resistant (ie I havent left it in the wok at all as I am unsure on the coating and if it will disperse in to the food if left laying on top etc.) The thing I have found it perfect for is using with my griddle pan when I make home made hash browns (turning them over etc) and also when I have cooked steak. Woiuld I recommend? Yes, it doesnt damage the wok/ griddle pan, it cleans well and it hasnt warped etc in the weeks (7?) I have been using them.
