Simple to use and works well.
If you are trying to convert between RS-232 and RS 485, this works very well and a simple to use.

Worked
I just used them to hook 2 PC's together but they worked perfectly plug and play no null adapter needed

Worked perfect, first time
Needed a way to hook a PC to an RS485 power meter, so plugged this in and connected two wires to the screw terminals, positive and negative. Amazingly worked perfect very first try. This item simply works.

Seems to be prone to interference
Used a couple of these to adapt to existing rs-485 networks to talk to a PC even when wired properly we would get garbled information. Networks were grounded properly and used shielded cables. Not sure if it was due to something in our setup but we are still working on the problem.

Simple but good
These are simple pass through converters that work as they should. I like that they are powered through the DB-9 connection with out aux power needed.
