It’s ok, but not my first choice
I’ve tried to use it as recommended by many for whipping. I was doing a vegan cake, so I needed to be perfectly creamy. When I took them out from the fridge to whip the cream, the fat was so solid barely could get it out of the tin, then tried to whip it, it became grainy to the point I couldn’t fix it. I used a different brand before what was working amazingly this way.Later on I used a different approach, whipped it from room temperature and it came out much better, almost the desired texture. It is not my favorite brand, not sure I will purchase this product again.

Yoghurt success at last.
Amazing quality, no additives and BPA-free can. What more can we ask for? My yoghurt making attempt was successful for the first time - no doubt because of this coconut cream. I'll be buying more without hesitation.

You wont be dissappointed
Organic coconut cream in a can thats BPA free, at £2.20 a can, in my opinion its a bit expensive, but its an expence i was willing to pay, albeit reluctantly. The cream in the cans that i have used works out to be between 40 & 60% cream, but more around the 50 mark. Not gonna lie its delish! I use coconut cream to make Butter chicken, and use the coconut cream in place of butter.

Coronavirus Rip-off
Loved this first time around but the same product is now £16.00 more expensive . Shame on you Pink Sun Ltd trying to make money out of the current crisis. I WONT be buying your product again!

The very best coconut milk/cream on the market
Finally - an organic coconut milk in a BPA-free can!I've tried almost every brand of coconut milk on the market and this is, hands down, the very best. Not only is it thicker and richer than every other (see attached pics for just how much of the milk is cream!), but it has no fillers, stabilisers, or preservatives. There's just two ingredients: Water and coconut, and what's in there is completely organic.I had concerns with other brands using BPA cans. Although they obviously need to be to an EU standard to be imported, with coconut derived from many different countries, there's really no telling what packaging methods are used elsewhere. These cans are BPA-free, which gives me the reassurance for long-term use.I'm now on my second batch of 12 cans, and have incorporated them into my daily diet. I use them for breakfast smoothies, curries, sauces. They're thick enough in a curry not to have to add any extra thickeners like corn starch, which keeps dishes authentic and healthy. This is my go-to coconut milk from now on!If you found this review helpful, please click 'yes' - thanks :-)
