I ordered Lush Vitality’s Ananda Rasa, meant to invoke feelings of tranquility. First off .. the packaging was lovely with a lot of attention given to aesthetics. Details about the contents and how to brew the tisane are also on the box but I loved the fact that it said that the plant contents of each bag, once used can be used to fertile plants in one’s garden.. a practise I have been following for years. Give back from Mother Nature what one takes from her. I also liked the fact that each bag is made with unbleached organic cotton and the contents are all ethically sourced. The tisane itself, its fragrance and flavour, reminded me of being at an Ayurvedic spa! I really liked it and found it to be far more flavourful than most flavoured teas.. and also different from the usual camomile and peppermint combination that one so often finds. This tisane really did result in a good nights sleep so I guess Mother Nature works! This is going to be my go to brew for a good nights rest! I definitely recommend this product!

Three of us tried one cup each. Two of us got little high for few hours. Good effect. Use with caution

The tea is not in pyramid bags as in other teas, instead it is put in some jute or cloth bag.This gives a bad smell when soaked for a long timeAlso they said it can be used for 2 times, gives bad smell with cloth bag.Not worth the Expensive Money

First time trying it...has an interesting light pleasant taste. I like it as much as the Meyer Lemon or Chamomile Nights. Calming effect. I was hesitant to try it but WILLl buy again.

I had it before going to bed and honestly I quite liked Ananda Rasa, it has a very nice and calming aroma.

I have been using it for 2 weeks, It has helped me immensely to be relaxed and the taste is good too.
