Just wow!
Moving from a 36 inch Panasonic 1080p made around 12 years ago to this 65 inch 4K hdr beast of a tv was like fast forwarding into the future. Im amazed at the image quality even when handling a 1080 channel we can see a higher level of detail. It took a little fiddling with the settings to get the colours, whites and blacks to harmonise. And found turning off most of the image widgets helped. Watching a 4K hdr for example marvel imax enhanced films on Disney +, or the life of plants on bbc iPlayer (also in 4K) I’m amazed at the level of detail and clarity. Sound is perfectly fine through the built in speakers. (But we also have this connected to surround sound speakers too). brightness is great during the day and I’ve not been distracted by any reflections from windows or lighting whilst viewing.Definitely go for if you’re looking for an upgrade.

It has amazing colors and surround sound
I've already got above decent sound bar with a 10" sub in my living room, but at night I love watching stuff with only this TVs built in surround sound..its so impressive.Picture quality out of the box is very good, and for day time in a room letting day light through this is a way better choice than OLED, which was the one I returned and bought this instead. I did notice that this has more color volume than my previous OLED C1 and you see that in gaming too, its pretty obvious. Also I prefer this remote over the magic remote from LG. On that one, you had to keep pressing the power button for seconds for it to power off or on. This has fewer buttons, charges it self on solar and its quite nippy.Overall very nice picture quality, definitely a highend TV worth the money.

Great 4K TV but small issues.
Brilliant picture and good sound with more bass than older models. Syncs well with Samsung pads and mobiles for casting images and videos etc. Great solar charging remote once you have figured out how to mute sound, bring up TV guide etc..... Slow to start up though hence difficult to reduce sound volume if too high !. Messy image settings, even brightness hidden in a sub menu knstead of being easily accessible !. Auto brightness didn't work well so had to use manual mode. No easy way to minimise brightness hence save power if playing your own music or radio stations. Movies played from usb keys/drives ignore subtitle OFF setting even if also off in accessibility settings !, hence you have to manually switch off EVERY TIME. Needs higher current usb output for external hard drives so you don't have to use a separate power supply.

Fantastic picture quality
This is a fantastic TV once unboxed and plugged in it was easy to set up. For a wired internet connection you will need a cat 6 earthnet cable otherwise WiFi work's well. It pays dividends to spend time tweaking the picture settings . I found some online videos that helped. 4k HDR Blu-ray look fantastic as does sky q .it has the usual pre installed streaming options. Netflix ,Amazon prime etc I haven't tried out all the smart features yet as I'm too busy watching 4k HDR Blu-ray's

Would avoid
All I can say is that I'm very disappointed with the TV the room I have it in has a window to the left of the set and even on an over cast day there's a very distracting rainbow effect on the screen. HDR 10 was the main reason for buying this TV and its absolutely terrible! Whilst watching See on apple tv app in the dark scenes you can't see anything so I tinkered with the settings to avail. Turn off the hdr and the same scenes are well lit with lots of detail, this is a very bright set in sdr but again using the game mode paired with an xbox series x the games all look washed out with hdr turned on, red looks pink and no amount tweaking the settings can get the pink to be red. I'm starting to think hdr10 is just a gimmick at best and being the only reason I picked up the TV I fully intend to return it. For a TV that's well over a grand I feel genuinely ripped off I have a cheap sharp tv that has none of the rainbow affects when light shone on to it and apart from the srd brightness of the Samsung the picture on the sharp set is just as good. If you turn all the settings such as local dimming to low and contract enhancement off you get a half decent picture but no better than a budget tv. When you use 4k 120 refresh rate for gaming hdr looks washed out! All round disappointment with t.v. I have yet to watch a film or play a game where I don't have an issue with this tv Samsung support is a joke! Basically all the good stuff you want from a gaming tv just dosnt work as you would want it to. THIS IS NOT A GAMMING TV if your a serious gamer even though it's advertised as one.

Gamer? This or the c1 fer sure!
Finally I can sell my beloved q9fn it has a rightful heir. This TV has a really bright panel the gaming front end has all the features you need vrr freesync gsync 4k 120hz 1440 120hz an excellent interpolation solution that barely raises input lag and works inside game mode. Forget about the whining about blooming with the new screen coating you have to go way off centre to notice that it's va so the upside is colour volume and way better contrast. If you're in a bright room this will blow you away. Don't mistake this for the yank qn90a this has a one connect box with 4 hdmi 2.1 ports yesss great for pc ps5 series X/s nothings perfect no Dolby vision but with higher quality panels like this do you need it? All round one of the only TVs around at the mo that takes gamers into proper account c1,g8 or this puppy don't go below 55 inch not the same tech at all be warned.

Fantastic picture and quality sound output via my sounder.
Bought to replace my series 7 65inch TV that had a "one" connection. ( that has now gone to my training centre :-)). This is amazing with the connections options, built in apps, picture quality and ease of set up.Only grumble was the delivery date I booked for was missed and my first notification was an email the day before telling me it would be another week before I got it.Amazon quickly resolved the issue and improved on the date. You cannot ask more than did bearing in mind it was an external vendor via their portal.Well that's me for another 7 years.Happy of Somerset. :-)
