I have tried many sugar subs and I think this is the closest to the real thing. It can be used just like brown sugar in equal amounts so there is no need for conversions and it taste’s delicious.

At first, I was a little skeptical because when you smell it straight from the bag, it smells a little funky, but baked into cookies. It taste just right. It has a cooling sensation which I find really pleasing and taste exactly like regular cookies.

Good for use when baking cookies, and gives a nice bit of brown sugar flavor to coffee but since it's erythritol it can upset one's stomach if you know what I mean so be careful how much you use!

This is surprisingly good. Texture and flavor like brown sugar. I used it in recipes in place of brown sugar and they came out well. I would suggest using slightly less than you would use of actual brown sugar though because you do get slightly MORE of a sweet flavor and there is a hint of a weird taste if you measure it exactly cup for cup like regular brown sugar.

It’s a great option if you’re watching your sugar intake or counting calories but still want something that feels like a treat. This has definitely earned a permanent spot in my pantry.
