I used this toward the end of my diastases repair. It was the 2nd style garment I bought because the first one became too big as my body healed and the swelling went down. I measured my torso and used their size chart and my fit was perfect. It offered the support I didn’t realize I was no longer getting from the other garment, which was now too big. I felt brand new when I put this on and it made getting around and being productive so much easier. One thing to consider though if you will be wearing this after abdominal surgery is the bottom snaps and there is NO WAY I would have been able to bend to snap and unsnap to use the restroom right after the surgery. So, for your immediate post-op garment, I’d recommend one that goes to your mid thigh and has an opening so you can easily just sit on the toilet and go. Then as you heal and need a tighter fit, switch to this one because it closes at the bottom and you can wear loose fitting dresses or shorts without worrying about everyone seeing your private parts and you won’t see the thigh undergarments sticking out the bottom of your dress or shorts. Hang in there, the recovery is hard, but having the right undergarment will make healing a lot easier!

I love their products, but I ordered beige, the package had said beige, but black garment. I purposely ordered beige for when I wear light clothing.

Think about it before you buy it, the qmy be good but if it doesn't fit you loose over $100 .. they don't let you return it if you opened it and of course you won't know if it works for you unless you tried it.. not happy with this option,,

Used multiple styles of this product… loved them all. And same price and style that was “given” to me after my procedure (my doctor).
