Really good quality!
I’m a first year violin major and I just switched to an iPad for my sheet music. I didn’t want to drop crazy money on a pedal so I figured I’d try this and I actually like it much better than the pedals my friends let me try. The big pedals are easier to turn without looking than some of the small buttons on other ones are. The battery life is insane, I only charged it twice the entire second semester I had it (I didn’t use it during orchestra rehearsals, so it may need to charge more if used for that long). Super easy to use and really not much setup other than Bluetooth to connect. Works with forscore and a lot of other apps. 10/10

Works great with forscore
Planned on auditioning with a piece where I would not have time to turn the page and came across this turner. Other reviews mentioned its compatibility with forscore so I bought it. It works great. I connected it one time and now as soon as I turn it on, it automatically connects to my iPad. I also like that the charging port is type C so if I ever lost the charging cable, I could easily find another one. It’s also quiet. I put it on a hard floor for my audition and I was wearing dress shoes, there was no sound. It’s also not overly sensitive but not too tough either. Great in terms of sensitivity. It also fits pretty great in my mallet bag. It blends in the back well, there’s only light and it’s not bright. It looks exactly like that picture on the listing.

Nice and large.
Perfect, easy to activate page turn, quiet. I had a smaller one and it was impossible to use.

Silent & works great but needs instructions
Very silent and works great once you figure it out without instructions. HINT. it doesn't seem to work on plain PDF or Word files. You have to save the PDF or .Doc into a reader app like iBook or Kindle in order to turn pages. The only thing I can get it to do is turn one full page at a time. No partial scrolling. No continuous scrolling. And IF it's supposed to have a choice of turning left/right or up/down like the buttons say I can't figure that out. Still it does the main thing I got it for ie turning pages of ukulele music stored on my iPad very well. After a visit to the Apple Genius Bar we even got it working on 2 different iPads. So overall a solid 4 and could be 5 if it came with instructions and a choice of scrolling functions.

Works fine
I have been using this for reading music with MobileSheets for iPad and MobileSheets for Windows tablet, and it works great with both.Battery life is great. I purchased the pedal about a month ago and I’m still running off the first charge that I did after opening the box. That’s with practicing about 1 hour per day and never turning the power switch off.If it sits idle for around 20 minutes, it will go to sleep mode. To wake it up you just tap on either of the pedals. The only minor complaint I have is that if I leave it in sleep mode overnight, it doesn’t immediately connect to my iPad after waking it up. To reconnect requires either selecting the pedal in the Bluetooth settings on my iPad or just switching the pedal power off and back on. This could be the iPad that makes the connection behave this way.3 month follow-up: I have now only had to charge the pedal twice, and it’s almost to the end of the current charge (based on the LED color). The Bluetooth connectivity issue seems to have resolved itself. After unpairing and re-pairing with my iPad a bunch of times, it has now found a happy place (not sure what that is - a particular Bluetooth channel or what), where even after sitting in sleep mode over night, it connects right away (after about 3 seconds) after just tapping one of the pedals. Very nice.

Not for UG!
Bought this to use with Ultimate Guitar Tabs, does not work! Works fine with Kindle and other apps, but not with UG! I tried going into settings with the app and it tells me UG does not support this pedal! I’m mad at Starfavor for not telling me that some apps are not compatible and at UG for not being compatible!

Use this to change chords charts while performing live and it works great. No issues. Easy to use

Not built to last
UPDATE:The customer service was excellent and they ended up sending me a replacement unit, even though I was unable to provide video evidence of the pedal not working properly. I updated the rating from 2 to 3 stars. The new unit works fine. The build quality still doesn't seem as good as the Pageflip firefly I got (which I would recommend). I am happy to have a properly working back up though. Great customer service and a decent pedal. Always some units will have issues and others won't.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It worked decently for almost a year. Occasional double turns or turning the wrong way. After about half a year there developed an issue with the on-off switch. It wouldn't always engage and I would have difficulty turning it on. This would sometimes happen in gigs after working fine, which was very stressful. Another issue I had is that if it was left on but away from my iPad, it would turn off automatically, but then I couldn't get it back on no matter how many times I turned it off and on. Again, very stressful. This happened to me last week. I thought the battery died and borrowed a friend's extra pedal. When I got home and took it out of my bag, it was miraculously on again, but didn't work when I needed it to. I contacted support and they offered to help, but I wasn't able to replicate and send a video of it not working.Other general issues, the construction feels cheap and if you press the pedal too much from the outer edge, the other side lifts up and makes noise when hitting the floor. Now that I think I've learned its quirks, I am keeping it as a back up, but recently got the Pageflip Firefly which seems better in every way, including the design (doesn't come up off the floor) and the consistency and timing of page turning. How long it will last is another question.Overall, it worked fine when it did, but only getting less than a year of proper use out of it is disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it for that reason.
