The brightest lights ever!

Swapped these in for the D4S bulbs my car came with and they've been great. Straight replacement, the bulbs match the factory spec, so it was a swap, not a project. The 6000K cool white output is a clear step up from bulbs that had aged out and gone dim and yellow, which is what pushed me to replace them in the first place. Getting two in the pack matters here, you want to replace both sides at once so the color matches. Solid value for what a dealer would charge.

These HID light bulbs fit and work perfect. The 6000K color is just right, especially if you have older yellowed headlight lenses. . The aim and pattern are perfect. All the notches are in the right place and there is no need to worry about the quality, they came on nice and bright right away. You need to take the bumper off a 2009 Toyota Prius to replace the headlight bulbs, and you don't want to so it twice if you get a bad bulb. Make sure you get the D4S, not the older D2S. The D4s works for the Prius, and a D2S shuts down after about 10 seconds. These are well packaged and very economical. Autozone wants over 100 dollars for a single bulb, so these save a lot of your cash.

What in the actual eff? I go to an auto parts store that I will not name. Usually cheaper than NAPA, I’ll say that much. ANYWAY, one of these bulbs—please notice, ONE OF THESE BULBS—goes for over $100 at auto parts stores. A pair for $20? I thought it had to be too good to be true. It wasn’t. I mean, we’ll see about longevity, but if they last two years they are worth the price tag and then some. The light output is identical. Only one burnt out and I have a second if the other goes out, but there is no noticeable difference that I can see in brightness or color compared to the original on the other light.

Can only currently give this a 3/5 since the first bulb I put in burned out in one week. I put the second one in and so far its been about a week and its still working. Not sure on actual lifespan but I will update if/when this burns out to see if its even worth the low-price tag, or if it would actually be better to get OEM and replace it every 3-5 years instead of replacing it every week. Installation is pretty easy. Put in a 2011 Toyota Sienna.
