The book is an eye opener

Worth it

It's the first time, that I have come across a theory on motivation which I could immediately relate to. I had the impression that finally, after three decades, all my experiences in corporate life fell into place. The comprehensiveness and profundity of this book are unprecedented to me.

This book is more of an academic text, and isn't exactly "easy reading", but the fruits for reading it are just unimaginable. I have learned more from this book than I have in 3 years of reading around the self-help genre.Truly a great piece of work from Deci & Ryan, and I would encourage anyone who is curious about their motivations and why they do and don't do things to read this.I can happily say that this book changed my life.
