Replacement Toothbrush Heads for Phillips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush, 10 Pack

I've been a Sonicare user for 6 years. I've never strayed from the Philips brand, but I decided to give these brushes a shot. I thought this product was going to be fantastic, given that the reviews were so great. I was pretty disappointed, though.One of the brushes stopped working after two days of use. (It wasn't moving with enough force required to effectively brush my teeth. It also started emitting a low-pitched sound that was different from the other heads I've used in the past.) I tried charging my toothbrush base and using the brush on my husband's Sonicare base. I was finally resigned to the fact that it didn't work. I emailed the company for a partial refund. They replied quickly and promptly refunded me $4.00. Not sure why they did not give me a full refund for the brush. I was owed $5.00 since I paid $20.00 for a pack of four, but I decided to let it go.Two of the brushed worked okay, but my husband complained that his brush wasn't as good as the Philips brand. I agreed, but I was trying to be optimistic. The fourth brush stopped working after 3 days. I could have emailed the company, but I decided not to. At this point, I just gave up, drove to Costco, and bought the Philips brand brushes.Bottom line: I would not recommend this product. The savings were minimal since I can get 6 brushes at Costco on sale for $40.00. It's not worth $1.67/brush to use a subpar product.

This brush head seems suitable in many ways. However, it is "vastly" louder than the original brush head.It runs at higher decibels; and the pitch would probably be dangerous to my heading -- IF I thought I could stand using it.Now that the reviews of the manufacturer's brush head are unacceptable, I can't decide "what" to do about getting a new brush head.I am certainly sorry that Optiva sold its company to Philips. . . . Oh well, few things are manufactured as well as they once were.

I took a risk to save some money and my conclusion is that these are great alternatives to the name brand. I am going to be buying these to replace my toothbrush heads from now on. The only real difference to me is that the brush seems to vibrate more intensely but, it's not enough of a con to warrant me buying the name brand.

Save your money and do not order. I bought a 4 pack of these brushheads with and have had mixed results. 2 of them did not vibrate strongly enough and did not adequately clean/brush my teeth. 1 of them did a much better job and vibrated very strongly (maybe too strong). BUT it was so LOUD that that my ears literally rang after I used it. I stopped using it after my girlfriend who was in the kitchen, easily heard me using it in the bathroom at the opposite end of the house (with the bathroom door closed). I would absolutely not recommend this brand. (However, I just ordered the Jiuzhoudeal brushheads and so far, they perform great...just like the sonicare brand brushheads).

No where near "Ultra Soft". These things are awful. Incredibly stiff, painful to brush with. My dentist told me to only use very soft brissels with electric toothbrushes, so I plan to toss these. Should have kept the packaging so I could return them. Shame.

It is really so close to the Sonicare products that you will not notice too much of a difference. The brushes are a little bit stiffer but not a problem for us. The best deal is that it is so much less in price then the Sonicare brushes. Go ahead and give these brushes a try. I think you are going to be very surprised and happy with your purchase. Plus, the brushes were packaged great.

They fit properly, but they aren't the best quality. They seem to only last a fee weeks before they get very noisy while brushing. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, but it literally wakes my wife up while I brush in the morning from the plastic vibration noise. OEM heads have never done this. The plastic gromet around the bottom of the stem cracks. Spend the extra money and buy OEM heads. Won't be buying these again.

I was nervous to buy these since they are not made by Phillips, but I have been very happy with them. They were half the price of the Phillips ones, and they work great! I might even like them a tiny bit better than the originals, as they are a tiny bit firmer than the others. They fit on my toothbrush just fine and the bristles are not falling out at all. Great product!

Not very effective. Body vibrates rather than the head. Did about week of effective brushing before they stop being effective. Have just returned to the real article and it is so much better.
