I own an Eberlestock Terminator xl, and I can fit pretty much everything from that pack into these two saddlebags... and a few stuff sacks on top.It takes a little bit of handling to get them securely fit onto a bicycle rack, and a fat bike rack at that. But once you get the two straps front to back, and the two straps that go closer to the bottom, it's pretty much snug, and on there.I saw in some other reviews there were some gripes about the edges of the bags potentially rubbing on a tire. I think it's all dependent on the geometry of your specific bike rack. You just have to buy one, and try it out. Worst case, whoop-dee-doo, you can always return it if it's not quite the right fit. In my case, is at least five or six inches of space between the tire itself and any part of these cargo bags touching. So plenty of room, and plenty of clearance.The quality of the canvas seems pretty good to me. I would say these would probably last Me Maybe two or three years using them twice a month for backpacking trips fully loaded.I'm not the type of person to take these out in the rain or anything, so I can't tell you about that aspect. But I will say that there is plenty of room, and I do love the fact that everything is adjustable.

I've never owned saddle bags before, so I didn't reallybknow what to expect. So I purchased a different set of bags and they looked great, but it came with 2 very short and very thin pieces of string to secure the bags down. I thinking this can't be right.. nope I was wrong. Tried 8 different ways to secure them, took it for a test run. The eyelits tore out, so I returned them and purchased these instead. I was really hoping that my second experience.wouldnt seal the deal and make me forgo the saddle bag idea all together.Boy Howdy, these are amazing. The construction, the design, the SPACE, I loaded up 2 bags of groceries (one on each side) stopped and got a 6 pack, a bag of party ice and a couple other things, well I posted a picture of it.The come and off easily enough to prevent theft, or if you just dont need them for your trip. Highly recommend them for anyone needing bags. I've never ownd a pair, and I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

First, the reason I considered reducing 1 star is because the color is slightly darker than the photo. After sleeping on it, I decided that was not worth an entire star. That's it. Everything else about these bags is great.The materials are very sturdy and the workmanship is very good. I believe they I'll be using these bags for as long at I'm able to bike. The photos on the listing don't show how large these bags can actually be. I'm stunned by how much they can be unrolled to expand the storage capacity. They can probably be larger than my rack can support but they also roll down to a very reasonable size.I'd recommend these pecks to anyone who values form, function and value over a trendy brand name.I recieved the packs at a discounted price in exchange for providing an honest review of the product.

I used this bag for a good 3 months, it worked well and never failed to do its job.What i dont like is how it wont collapse flat because of the pockets on the back side of each pocket.The spacer width was good but not wide enough for a fat tire bike., Not a fault of the bag, just my setup.The buckle strap system works, but its not amazing. i would prefer a strap that hold the bags to the bike, and a separate strap that holds the pocket flap down.Overall its very rugged and durable. Not at all quick to put on and take off. looks pretty good tho.

I like this set of bags. I have a Radcity e bike so the weight of these does not realy matter to me that said they are fairly heavy very well built and seem to be pretty water tight. I dont take mine on and off but if I did it would not be that bad. They are very secure when on no swing the lower straps work very well. Now for the top straps they are easy to use and vvvvvery long not sure why. Ido not like to cut straps (they always fray ) so I wrapped them up and zip tied them. They are big when you unfold them, I got three unfolded paper bags in each side I will try that with the bags full to make sure. I like them I say they will last a long time. I like they look on my bike and how big they are.

I thought the M-Wave Bicycle Pannier Bags rocked my hauling world until I bought these to replace the M-Wave bags. I have gotten used to the big logos on each side, those kind of bothered me at first.The only thing I don't like is the side straps don't adjust to accommodate larger loads. I suppose I could use a bungee cord.I bought this pannier May 17, 2017 and I still use them to do my shopping. I still don't care for the color on my white and black bike, but they hold a boat load of stuff and will keep my items dry in a light rain. I don't bother with the top to bottom straps as they only work if the top is rolled up. I use mini bungee cords to keep my over stuffed items from falling out. Even fully loaded there is still room on the flat part of the rack to load even more items, like a case of something yummy and rolls of paper towels or TP. Secured with a bungee cargo net with hooks.The pannier is a pain to take on and off, which is good. The chances of it getting ripped off are low. I would buy this one again even with the yucky army green color.Update: Nearly 5 years later and still using them. I noticed a slight tear in one top corner, but after years of grocery shopping with these I am not surprised. I really pack them. I will have to replace them soon. I was hoping to get a different color, but I doubt I will find a better value even with a nicer color.

They go on and off the bike quickly, even when full. The carry handle seems very sturdy. All the extra straps seem like a lot to deal with now, but I figure that I just haven't worked out how to store them when not in use. I get there. I intend to commute on this bike five days a week. I'll update after a while about durability. For now, they were exactly what I needed.

Bought these a couple of weeks ago to replace my 12 year old canvas set. I have good Ortlieb panniers for touring, but I prefer this type of panniers for around town, because I can leave them on the bike, as they aren't as easily removed as classic Ortlieb panniers. I loved my old canvas set, and was reluctant to replace them even though they were falling apart and getting the shopping home was getting a bit precarious. However, these panniers are absolutely brilliant. Very well made as far as I can tell from two weeks of use. I love the fact that the bags have a large roll up opening which means you can load them much higher than the pannier rack. There are also various straps on top of the pannier rack which come in handy occasionally. The velcro doesn't only keep the bags nicely shut and prevents flapping, but the way it's placed it also makes it super easy to keep the bags open for loading. Each pannier holds a full standard reusable shopping bag and then some. I haven't had a lot of rain yet, but so far they seem water resistant if not even waterproof. Highly recommended, worth the money, especially if they are going to last me 10+ years like the old ones (and I suspect they will).PS I wouldn't want to be getting these panniers on and off the bike on a regular basis, it's a bit fiddly with the velcro strap around the back of the pannier rack, so personally I wouldn't want to use them for touring.

Big with plenty of room to carry my camping gear when i go camping, i bought these to go with my electric cargo bike when it arrives, handy for thoses who just want to use them to carry shopping, there's nothing i dislike about them.

Bought for newly athletic father! Also very fussy father, says he’s very pleased and great quality, so must be good! Says can also use on his motorbike and can fit a tent in it.
